Overall solid stay, can recommend.
Pros:

Responsive host, clean space, nearly perfect studio within walking distance of Nerima metro stop.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit tight. A housekeeping service every few days to keep stairwell and shared spaces clean would be nice. Some limited things such as cups, utensils, laundry clips and hangers to hang laundry outside would have been very helpful and would be a good add for future guests! Not the end of the world but would definitely bring up the rating if small adjustments are made.

良かったです!
Pros:

居心地が良く快適に過ごせました。駅から近くて良かったです。家族もまたここに泊まりたいと言っています。

Cons:

玄関ドアのキーがかからず、常にオープンでした。
部屋に時計があると嬉しいです。
Booking.comを通すと送られてくるのに時間がかかるという理由で、宿泊者情報(身分証の写真)を宿のアドレスに直接送るように言われたのが、心配でした。

Closrnrss to the station.

Cons:

Other guests making noise at midnight. Sent message to landlord at midnight and he rectified the situation. Happened 2 times in 2 weeks.

Pros:

Nice, the room was more spacious than I expected, just perfect for one person. There was a stove and dishes what helped me save money on food. The bed was very comfortable. The location isn’t that bad, there are many shops around and it doesn’t take that long to get to Shinjuku which is one of the main spots in Tokyo. The metro station is close. Before the check in I received a full guide with all information, including the location. Therefore it was very easy to find

Cons:

The room was cold. There is AC, but it takes a while before it gets warm. When it does, it feels like the heat is concentrated in one place rather than the whole room. But if you change the wind direction to the whole room, the wind is not as warm. The remote might be a bit complicated for someone who cannot read Japanese or Chinese. I would rather there was a different form of heating, but it wasn’t a big issue
