The location was fantastic - really easy to get around from the central spot in the city. The staff were very helpful - we primarily interacted with Ian who provided dinner recommendations for us.
The city got a ton of rain one day we were visiting, and since we were on the 4th floor with uncovered balconies, and water got into our room in two spots (through hardwood and on tile). We notified the staff.
The two common areas in the hotel were both restaurants. One added a currency conversion fee to the total cost in pesos.

It was not very clean. There was plenty of dust in our room and the bedsheet had a stain. And the bathroom had a weird unpleasant smell.
The hotel is very well located and the staff is super helpful and friendly. They deserve 10 out of 10.
The room was a light tight for people having large luggages. The space for clothes is a little limited. The cleaning of the room could have been better.

O quarto e banheiro são maravilhosos, limpos e confortáveis. A localização é incrível, conseguimos ir a vários restaurantes e cafés andando, além disso, o hotel fica em frente a um parque lindo. Adoramos começar nosso dia andando no parque. O staff é maravilhoso, preparado e muito gentil. Recomendo de olhos fechados.
Antes de reservar perguntei se seria possível guardar uma capa com pranchas de surf grandes e me falaram que sim, mas chegando lá constataram que não seria possível e tivemos que ficar com a prancha no quarto - de toda forma, nos ajudaram prontamente a subir e descer com as pranchas e o quarto era grande, então não foi um empecilho.
Location across from the park was fantastic. Great for walking and felt completely safe.
Room was small, balcony was worthless because there was no view at all. It was also fairly loud from the rooftop bar one floor above. Shower was never more than luke warm.

Absolutely loved our stay at Rodona, perfect location and close to many great spots for food and coffee. Staff were exceptional and very helpful with everything.
Our room was a great size and the bathroom was so well equipped.
The wifi was just patchy and not connecting in the room at all.
Rodona is a art deco boutique hotel. Very lively at all times with a Nice restaurant and always people around. Nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shops. Excellent location at Condesa.

The location was pretty good right across from the park and good access to bars and restaurants we wanted to explore.
My husband and I had a horrible stay overall at this hotel. It is not worth the money at all. We arrived for a 2 night stay and after checking in we couldn’t get the AC unit to work in our room. We asked for help from the front desk and after they came to our room to show us how to use the AC unit they realized it was broken. We spent 2 night attempting to sleep in an extremely hot room with zero air flow. It was horrible. We specifically booked this hotel because they had AC, and instead we had to sleep in extremely hot room. They didn’t even offer us a different room with a working AC unit or even a fan to make us more comfortable. Our patio was extremely small and facing construction zone. Not what the pictures online show at all. The room overall is super small. Not as nice as the photos show. There is no lobby and you have to walk through a restaurant to get to your room. Overall I would not ever stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. We wish we stayed somewhere different that had working AC units
Great central location in Condesa and tasteful design. Good water pressure and Japanese toilet seat. Friendly, young staff. Hotel restaurant is a bit pricey but surprisingly good, and they offered room service even after the restaurant itself wouldn't seat us anymore.
The room itself was pretty small and didn't really allow for working from the hotel room which I had hoped for. The little balcony was unusable due to construction outside, which isn't their fault though. The terrace door wouldn't lock properly and even though I asked them to take a look, they shrugged it off.
