We had a wonderful stay at Maison Cascada in Marrakech. The riad is in a prime location, making it easy to explore the city while still providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver in the Marrakech heat and made our stay even more enjoyable.

A special thank you to Tayeb, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Anything we needed, he was there right away and always happy to help. His attentiveness and hospitality truly made a difference and made us feel very welcome.

As the riad is centrally located, there was occasionally some noise from motorbikes passing by, but this is to be expected in a busy city like Marrakech and did not take away from our overall experience.

I would highly recommend Maison Cascada to anyone visiting Marrakech and would happily stay here again.a

Very nice
Pros:

Very pleasant stay and the host was very nice and friendly. Everything was clean. We are very happy with our stay, we would stay there again :)

Cons:

Only one thing, the place isn’t well marked and difficult to find, but once we knew where it was then it was easy to get there.

Genial! Molt bona ubicació i qualitat-preu.
Pros:

La situació. Estava molt a prop de la plaça però lo suficientment allunyat per estar tranquils. Tayeb va ser molt amable. La terrassa era genial. Tenia nevera compartida per deixar coses a dins.

Cómo empezar a describir mi estancia...PESIMA, es más nos fuimos al día siguiente a otro riad, ya que el mismo día que llegamos era la 1:30 De la madrugada y no teníamos opción de cambiarnos.
Para empezar habíamos reservado la habitación con baño, cosas que según llegamos nos dijo que no que era el que estaba fuera.
La habitación tenía humedades, no había aire acondicionado como decían las características del cuarto, estaba sucio, las sábanas sin cambiar y las colchas manchadas,, nos dieron una toalla de ducha para los dos (a compartir) y rota.
Imposible dormir ya que picaba todo el cuerpo por la suciedad de las sábanas, mucho calor y demasiado ruido.
Al día siguiente le pedimos si nos devolvían las tasas del estado ya que nos alojaríamos en otro lugar y nos dijo que no, no pedíamos la estancia solo la tasas ya que pagamos por algo que no iba a suceder como quedarnos ahí.
Nunca en ningún lugar me he tenido que cambiar de alojamiento, no nos resolvieron nada si no que nos trataron de malas maneras, sin ninguna opcion si no diciendo que nos fuéramos.
NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

I really liked the atmosphere of the property. It was clean, comfortable near to the toilet which was very convenient to us. The riad was really felt very authentic plus the decorated with moroccan style. The staff was very attentive starting from Amma who drives us from the Airport and Hassan fetch us from the city center, welcoming us upon guiding to the souks where the riad was. Youssef was very cheerful and helpful throughout our stay in Maison Riad, Cascada. The price was good for our short time stay in Marrakesh.

Cons:

Most people prefer a nearest toilet. But it happens that it was very convenient to us.

Cons:

I am very disappointed with the customer service and the way my situation was handled. Unfortunately, I was denied boarding for my flight and therefore could not arrive at the hotel. I contacted the hotel regarding my reservation, but I was not offered any flexibility or understanding.

I understand the cancellation policy, however this situation was beyond my control. As a customer, I expected more empathy and support. Because of this experience, I would appreciate at least a partial refund or some form of compensation.

I hope the hotel can reconsider my case and improve the way guests are treated in unexpected situations like this
