Very disappointing and misleading

Location was good. Breakfast staff helpful.

Cons:

The property looks completely different in reality compared to the pictures advertised. The 5 star rating on Booking.com is disproportionate to what this building offers. It is an old building, my room was very small, dirty walls, missing bed side table, toilet paper roll was yellow with dirt. Towels are grey, they must be replaced. Kitchen areas are sticky. Mattress very slim and hard, and bed sheets thinned out and worn to the point that mattress can be seen through the sheets. My room was not cleaned at all during the 3 nights stay. I wanted to leave and book elsewhere as soon as I seen the room but due to a busy work schedule, I had to stay. The manager promised to clean my room the next day, this didn’t happen. Breakfast items very limited but staff helpful enough.
The description, photos and ranking of this property are all completely misleading. I would never stay again and certainly don’t recommend.
