Hezká lokalita a velmi milý personál, super privátní wellness. Snídaně i večeře výborné.

Cons:

Měli jsme trochu menší pokoj, takže to bylo takové útulné:-)

Wspaniałe Karkonosze, wspaniała przyroda, świetny klimat.
Pros:

Hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie turystycznym - świetne wyzywienie (całodzienne polecam). Usytuowanie hotelu bardzo dobre - w tzw. Petrowej Dolinie. Bylismy z zona w tym hotelu we wrześniu, ale jest on fantastyczny zimą (położenie) dla narciarzy. Nie tylko piekne widoki, ale też wygoda, poniewaz do kilku wyciągów jest przysłowiowy "rzut beretem". Nie trzeba do nich jechać samochodem. I do tego ta wspaniała czeska kuchnia. W Karkonoszach jest wiele ciekawych i wymagających tras do pieszych wypraw. Przyjadę jeszcze raz do hotelu "Zatisi", aby przejść tymi szlakami, których nie byłem w stanie pokonac przez 7 dni.
"Zatisi" polecam wszystkim, którzy chca obsługi na wysokim europejskim poziomie.

Cons:

Nie ma nic takiego co by mi (nam) sie nie podobało.

Ich würde wiederkommen
Pros:

Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl. Das Personal war freundlich, sowohl im Service als auch an der Rezeption

Cons:

Die Musik die den ganzen Tag in der Lobby und den Fluren läuft kann schnell nervig werden.
Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern könnte noch verbessert werden.
Das Bad ist super klein.
