This is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel, and they didn’t have air conditioning, neither enough fans.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Ägerital
Pros:

Lage ist spektakulär. Frühstück war gut und umfangreich.
Probleme im Zimmer wurden gelöst. (Kühlschrank war defekt bei Aussentemperaturen von 35 Grad).
Trotz Teppichboden gute Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Beim Personal gab es "durchschnittliche Freundlichkeit" aber auch sehr liebe, kompetente und leistungswillige Personen.
Badezimmer war ältlich aber sauber. Eigentlich nur Luxusprobleme.

Für ein Viersterne Hotel habe ich mir etwas mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, nur 5 Minuten zum See, bei der Hitze war es eine Wohltat am Abend in den See zu tauchen.
Die Ruhe rund herum war herrlich.

Cons:

Leider war es sehr heiss (über 34 Grad), das Zimmer verfügte über keine Klimaanlage. Lediglich ein portabler Ventilator stand zur Verfügung. Es wurden keine Fensterstorren heruntergelassen, so dass das Zimmer sehr aufgeheizt war.
Lediglich um etwa 01.00 Uhr nachts wurde es besser, als wir auch im Badezimmer, im Zimmer schon früher, das Fenster geöffnet und der Ventilator die ganze Zeit laufen hatten.
Im Badezimmer konnte die Duschwand aus Glas nicht verschoben werden, irgendwie klemmte es, was das ein- und aussteigen etwas mühsam machte. Die Decke im Badezimmer war verspritzt und schmutzig. Der Boden im Bad sowie der Tepichboden im Zimmer war leider auch nicht sehr sauber. An der Wand im Zimmer hatte es grosse schwarze spuren, vermutlich von einem Koffer oder so.
Der Kühlschrank hatte so seine Mühe, etwas kühl zu halten.

Il est bien placé, le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien

Cons:

Le fait que nous avons annoncé que le coffre de la chambre était fermé et que personne n'est venu nous l'ouvrir , le tuyau de douche trop court , et que la douche soit c'était froid soit c'était chaud pas top pour régler la température, et que le personnel ne parle pas français

Fijne tijd gehad. Naar verwachting.
Pros:

Het ontbijt voldeed aan de verwachtingen. De locatie aan het meer is super. De parkeerplaats en de bushalte voor de deur van het hotel zorgen voor een uitstekende bereikbaarheid van het hotel. Het avondeten is ook een aanrader.

Ich würde nie wieder ein Zimmer dort buchen!

Cons:

Bei der Buchung wurde einiges verprochen und in Booking wird man fast schon betrogen mit Bilder und alles. Wir haben was gebucht und hatten mehr erwartet wie das eigentliche Hotelzimmer welches wir erhalten haben…..und der Rezeptionistin war es egal.

Ein schönes Hotel für einen Kurz-Aufenthalt. Ideal gelegen zum Velofahren, tolle Gegend!
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen und schön eingerichtet. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstückbuffet und die Aussicht aus dem Restaurant waren herrlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Abendessen schmeckte super.

Cons:

Wie in fast jedem Hotel fehlt im Badezimmer die Ablagefläche fürs Necessair. Unüblich war die Lautsprecherübertragung vom TV-Gerät ins Badezimmer, was wir völlig unnötig fanden. Die Vorhänge waren zum Teil etwas defekt, bei der Vorhangschiene für den Nachtvorhang fehlte der Stopper, deshalb fädelte der Vorhang aus der Schiene aus. Toilettenpapier und Hygienesäcklein wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Die Bepflanzung rund um das Hotel war etwas lieblos, die Pflanzen in den Kübeln waren zum Teil bereits ausgetrocknet.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem Modernen Seminarhotel
Pros:

Tolle Lage des Hotels, in wenigen Gehminuten am Ägerisee. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehdistanz.
Das Frühstück Buffet ist sehr gut, eine grosse Auswahl an kalten wie warmen Produkten. Super Auswahl an Früchten

Cons:

Preise im Restaurant eher hoch, Portionen Grösse angemessen, Beilage eher grosszügig im Vergleich zum Hauptteil des Gerichtes.

Pros:

Tolle Lage in der Nähe des Sees. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Servier-Personal. Essen war ausgezeichnet. Bett war komfortabel. Trotz aller Kritik (eher Bagatellen) war der Aufenthalt erholsam und sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Fehlende Reaktion auf Reklamationen: Lüftung in der Dusche funktionierte nicht - wurde nicht behoben. Kaffeemaschine war vorhanden, jedoch nichts um den Zucker umzurühren - wurde nicht behoben. Kaffeemaschine wurde nicht geleert und keine neuen Kapseln bereitgestellt. Zu wünschen wäre zudem ein Schränkchen für die Utensilien im Bad, sowie Zahngläser. Zimmergrösse ist meiner Meinung nicht die Bezeichnung “Superior” wert, habe hier etwas mehr erwartet.

Super and most memorable!!!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Switzerland. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for.

A special thank you to Adrian at the front desk, who kindly gave us a beautiful room with an amazing view of the lake. Waking up to that view every morning was truly unforgettable.

I would also like to mention Camirisa from housekeeping, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Whatever we needed, she provided immediately and always with a warm smile. Her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference.

I stayed here with my two children, and they absolutely loved the spa area. We enjoyed the sauna, and the steam room with the refreshing mint aroma was fantastic. The showers were excellent, and although there is no swimming pool, the lake is right in front of the hotel, making it easy to take a refreshing dip while enjoying the spectacular scenery.

The location is perfect. The bus from Zug train station stops right in front of the hotel, making transportation very convenient. There are also shops nearby, including a Müller store directly across the street where you can find practically everything at very reasonable prices.

The hotel was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept like rocks every night. Breakfast was good and met our needs. While the selection could have been a little larger, the coffee was excellent, the juices were delicious, and everything was fresh and well presented.

Overall, we had an amazing time and would happily return. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so memorable!
