Cons:

Beware, it's a scam. This hotel advertises suite with a view, a terrace, a kitchen, and a couple of beds. But when you arrive, they offer you a tiny, basic room with absolutely nothing in it, or contact booking for a refund. I have no idea why they haven't been kicked off the platform for scamming yet, but I will do everything I can to make sure they are.

Excellent location, nice and clean apartment with big terrace.

Cons:

No elevator, very steep and narrow stairs, can be hard with heavy luggages.

Месторасположение отличное. В самом сердце Стамбула, рядом главная улица Истикляль с множеством кафе и магазинами.

Cons:

Мы были здесь 4 ночи. За все это время у нас ни разу не меняли белье и полотенца, не выносили мусор. Плесень черная в душевой кабине. Понятно почему в номере мы не раз встречали тараканов. Наш вылет задержали на несколько часов и мы не успевали прибыть в гостиницу до 21:00, сообщили, предупредили об этом. Но мы не нашли никакого понимания от администратора гостиницы, он попросил нас доплатить за поздний заезд 20 евро. Впервые за многие годы путешествий я встречаю такое отношение. Очень жаль, но в это место мы больше не вернемся и не посоветуем никому.

The hotel owner was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He promptly addressed all our requests and assisted us even in matters beyond his direct responsibilities. The location is excellent for tourists, with easy access to major attractions and amenities. However, for those traveling with children or visiting for medical purposes, I would recommend considering a quieter area, as Taksim can be quite busy and noisy, particularly during the nights.
