Saubere Zimmer und gute Lage

Cons:

Abends war es leider extrem laut bis 23 Uhr. Das Essen hat uns leider auch nicht geschmeckt.
Und wer kommentiert hat, dass die Betten bequem waren, der muss sonst auf Nagelbrettern schlafen. Aber das war auch in anderen Unterkünften so, ist eben ein anderer Standard.

Sehr nettes Personal, zentrale Lage und ideal für die ersten Tage nach Ankunft auf Sao Tome. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, ein grosser Supermarkt direkt gegenüber.
Der Pool ist fantastisch zum abkühlen am Abend. Sehr gutes Essen, super netter Service.

La Piscina és molt agradable i ens va atendre Violeta que va ser molt amable i servicial.

Cons:

No us recomanem fer amb ells el servei de transfer que us ofereixin al aeroport. Ens cobraven 15 euros però finalment vam anar en taxi que ens va cobrar 3 euros (70 dobras).

A melhor forma de ficar hospedado na capital, São Tomé e desfrutar de uma estadia tranquila.
Pros:

Da amabilidade, simpatia, disponibilidade, localização na primeira linha da Baia Ana Chaves.
O pequeno almoço incluído e fantástico, omelete, sumos, ovos cozidos, crepes deliciosos (banana e chocolate), bolo super fresco feito no dia, salada de fruta fantástica, fruta da época, pão, fiambre e queijo. Recomendo e voltarei de certeza.
Disponibilidade em dar dicas de pontos a visitar.
Restaurante, com almoço e jantares com uma excelente cozinha, Parabéns ao cozinheiro e restantes empregados.
E provem a mojito de erva doce simplesmente fantástico e regrescante.
Não percam também a bebida(batido) de coco, super delicioso.
Não percam o atum braseado, delicioso.
Parabéns ao Bruno e ao Filipe e ao projeto turístico !

Cons:

Não tenho nada que possa apontar, existe a preocupação de servir o cliente da melhor forma e nota se a preocupação em melhorar as instalações, upgrades dos quartos e na piscina e arranjos envolventes da mesma. Espaço muito cuidado.

Problème de facturation en double, j'ai dû contester la double facturation, l'établissement ne répond pas et ne communique pas alors que j'ai été chargé en double. L'hôtel est déprimant et sans âme. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais. Ce fut pénible. Il y a beaucoup d'autres endroits sur l'île donc à éviter absolument.
