Scam and bad experience
Pros:

Rien.

Cons:

Problème de facturation en double, j'ai dû contester la double facturation, l'établissement ne répond pas et ne communique pas alors que j'ai été chargé en double. L'hôtel est déprimant et sans âme. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais. Ce fut pénible. Il y a beaucoup d'autres endroits sur l'île donc à éviter absolument.

Valeu a pena. Bom espaço para ficar no centro de São Tomé e próximo do aeroporto.

Relação qualidade-preço excelente. Não se pode pedir mais. Quartos espaçosos, pequeno-almoço razoável, funcionários prestáveis.

Cons:

Talvez mais cadeiras/espreguiçadeiras junto à piscina.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber, Betten bequem, Pool war gepflegt und benutzbar. Frühstück mit Früchten und frischem Omlett war sehr gut.
Kann man nur Empfehlen, für Sao Tomé nicht selbstverständlich für diesen Preis!

A great surprise.
Pros:

The people, particularly Mister José Manuel. The kindest, the warmest person, always available to help and be of service.
It was great talking to him about the History and Nature.
The breakfast with delicious local fruits, fresh bread and eggs and of course, the coffee!

Cons:

The property is on a Management transition but the future holds great potential.
