Pros:

The lady that welcomed us and the younger man on our leaving were very nice.
The area was quiet and had lovely cafes.

Cons:

Im afraid to say pretty much everything.
The room was small, dark, no room to relax or move around. The much needed air con too powerful blowing right over the bed making one person freeze. I had to use a blanket and it was 34 degrees outside.
Dust under the beds in the corners which i could smell. Luckily we are not asthmatic.
Very noisy. Room behind reception and next to laundry so from very early every word heard.
One sheet placed on bed to make up yourself looked more hostel vibe or very old blanket in cupboard.
My son and i did not sleep a wink and left the next morning. It was an awful start as we had the Acropolis booked and were exhausted.
When i got home wondering why i booked the place i looked at the reviews and photos and did not see any room that looked as bad as ours so maybe we just had very bad luck. We left for another place not massively more expensive but luxury compared to this. I was though £300 out of pocket. Im sure the owners would have tried to make things better but we couldnt face it.

La ubicación estaba muy bien y la habitación no estaba mal

Cons:

El baño (aunque estaba bien y limpio) era compartido, y al reservar no ponía en ningún momento de forma clara que fuese así, o al menos de forma intuitiva. Por el precio de la habitación hay opciones con baño privado. Cobrar aire acondicionado aparte en una ciudad con esas temperaturas no es muy ético.

Perfect value for money for one night in Athens.
Pros:

Great location, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Very safe.

Economical, friendly, and hip.
Pros:

Such a friendly welcome from staff when we arrived. The place felt professional and personal at the same time. Tucked away at the end of a quiet street, with a small balcony too. Many shops and restaurants just around the corner. An inexpensive way to see Athens.

Cons:

We opted not to pay extra for the air conditioning, which made the room a little more stuffy in July — but hey, that was our choice.

Exceptional Value for money in a great neighborhood
Pros:

Extremely clean!!! The hosts were absolutely lovely - welcoming, friendly and gave us excellent food recommendations. Amazing location in the Koukaki district. Was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location in Athens. The hotel was nice and the location was very convenient for exploring the city (5-8 min walk to the metro station!). It was also clean and comfortable, with beautiful marble designs and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

Cons:

During the summer, if you want to use the air conditioning, there is an extra charge of €5 per day. There is no lift, which can be inconvenient when you have heavy luggage. In our room, there also wasn’t a table or enough surface space where we could put our things, which would have been useful.
