Great location and staff
Pros:

Location is fantastic, right next to registan square. The staff are also nice, and they keep the rooms spotless. They have a restaurant which I didn't try, but you can also buy a bunch of drinks and snacks at the reception.

Cons:

Room is inside of the yard, so it gets pretty dark during the day, but also since there are lights in the courtyard, then they disturb you at night, with also the noise of other guests coming back to their rooms.

Отличный интерьер, вкусные завтраки и кофе!
Нам не очень повезло и прям под окнами шумели ночью дорожные работы. До 00:00 долбили отбойным молотком! Но будем считать, что отель на это повлиять не мог. Уборка, чистота на высоком уровне.

Cons:

Не буду снижать звездность за недобросовестность администратора при заселении: сначала он назвал одну сумму в $, но мне нечем было оплатить, я позже спустилась, сумма уже поменялась. Когда я уточнила как она считается относительно брони на Booking, цифра заметно уменьшилась)) Я оплатила в $, попросила сдачу в местной валюте - там тоже была ошибка не в мою сторону. Когда я при нем и втором администраторе пересчитала деньги-мне доплатили 9000 сом. Ошибка ли это, решать Аллаху и Вам, дорогие читатели. Надеюсь администрация тоже прочтет. Другой сотрудник всячески помогал на протяжении отдыха, а также выручил, когда все дороги были перекрыты, и мы опаздывали на вокзал, за что ему низкий поклон и большой Рахмат.

Çalışanlar ilgili, temiz, güvenli.
Pros:

Çalışanlar, özellikle gençler yardımsever ve terbiyeli, bunu her yerde göremezsiniz. Kahvaltı harika, konumu mükemmel, her yere yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Odalar temiz, yataklar rahat. Tekrar gitmek isterim.

Cons:

Arka odalar biraz gürültü alıyor ama önemli değil. Bir de klozetlerine taharet musluğu takan oteller şampiyon olur :)
