Pros:

Ce n’est pas la première fois que je viens dans cet établissement, et ce sera sûrement pas la dernière fois, à chaque fois je m’y sens comme chez moi, un service incroyable. Un grand remerciement à Marigona qui était aux petits soins avec ma femme et moi, pour chaque demande elle a été à notre écoute et ça c’est incroyable… merci encore à elle !

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Hygiene und Service mangelhaft

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Gerade bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir einen deutlich höheren Standard erwartet.

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer offensichtlich nicht gründlich gereinigt. Im Badezimmer befanden sich noch Haare von vorherigen Gästen, die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber und die Bettdecke hatte nicht einmal einen richtigen Bettbezug. Besonders unhygienisch fanden wir, dass sich in einer Kommode noch Abfall von vorherigen Gästen befand.

Wir haben dies direkt am ersten Tag an der Rezeption reklamiert und ausdrücklich darum gebeten, den Abfall bei der Reinigung am nächsten Tag zu entfernen. Trotzdem war er danach immer noch da. Auch sonst wurde das Zimmer kaum richtig gereinigt: Auf dem Tisch befanden sich beispielsweise noch Puderreste vom Schminken, die nach der Zimmerreinigung unverändert dort lagen.

Wir haben daraufhin erneut reklamiert und sogar konkret erklärt, was noch gereinigt werden muss. Dem Personal wurden nochmals rund zwei Stunden Zeit gegeben, dies zu erledigen. Als wir zurückkamen, war der Abfall trotzdem noch immer nicht entfernt und die angesprochenen Stellen waren weiterhin nicht sauber. Lediglich Handtücher wurden ins Zimmer gebracht – diese waren bei der vorherigen Reinigung sogar vergessen worden. Für uns absolut unverständlich.

Auch die Minibar war bereits bei unserer Ankunft leer bzw. nicht aufgefüllt und wurde auch am folgenden Tag nicht aufgefüllt. Umso irritierender war es, dass uns beim Auschecken unterstellt wurde, wir hätten zahlreiche Getränke und Lebensmittel aus der Minibar konsumiert. Das war definitiv nicht der Fall.

Hinzu kommen weitere Punkte, die für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie enttäuschend sind: Kein Föhn im Zimmer, kaum brauchbare Steckdosen und lediglich auf einer Seite des Bettes eine Steckdose zum Laden des Handys. Einen geeigneten Platz mit Steckdose, um beispielsweise die Haare zu glätten, gab es ebenfalls nicht.

Definitely a hotel worth going to.
Pros:

Location is perfect right in the center of the city sorrounded by the best bars and restaurants in town. Staff was amazing, welcoming, professional and helpful. My review is 10 out of 10
