Unsure if I would stay again. Great location but better basic amenities would’ve definitely improved the stay.

Cons:

Room lacked a refrigerator and an iron. I had to pay for coffee that I poured myself when breakfast was included. Parking spaces are limited. Room was very small along with the bathroom. At one point one of my keys stopped working.

La atención de Laura en recepción, fantástica, increíble atención, la habitación estaba cómoda, muy sencilla pero cómoda

La comida podría mejorar, el estacionamiento sumamente pequeño y con difíciles acceso y tal vez cambiar las televisiones a que sean smart.

It’s a no for me.

Perfume in lobby. Lobby ambiance.

Cons:

Signage too small. No sign on doors. No guest microwave. No face towels. No hand towels. dirty sign left on bed stained with yellow substance. Water spots on bathroom faucet. No Internet tv in room. If you have customers waiting for a room before 3pm check offer them a beverage. Hospitality is lacking here. The internet is weak on 8 floor add more signal boosters. Fixtures and furniture look and feel cheap. Linens feel cheap. Tv too small.
