Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und das Essen im Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut.

Cons:

Ich persönlich mag so rustikale Möbel nicht so gern und das Badezimmer ist etwas klein gewesen, weshalb ich aber keine schlechte Bewertung vergebe.

Vier sehr schöne Tage in Karlovac verbracht

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Das Zimmerpersonal hat sich hervorragend um die Sauberkeit gekümmert.
Besondere Empfehlung: Ein Spaziergang entlang des Flusses Korana
(ca. 10 Min. Fußweg vom Hotel entfernt).

Cons:

Ein bisschen ungünstig war, dass das Zimmer nicht belüftet werden konnte (Zimmer/Fenster zum Flur und Innenhof).

Pros:

Hezký hotel s perfektní polohou ve městě. Restaurace, personál, snídaně velký výběr.

Cons:

Vybavení pokoje bylo strohé a scházela mi na pokoji lednice, minibar. Na pokoji nebyla ani lahev s vodou to by jsem u 4* hotelu očekával. Na snídani jsem si objednal kávu na baru a platil jsem za kávu 2,50€ to by jsem očekával že bude v ceně. Káva zdarma je z automatu. To mi ale nebylo nabídnuto. Zjistil jsem až později.

Rundum ein gutes Gesamtpaket
Pros:

Ein schönes und sauberes Hotel in der Nähe von Park und Altstadt. Sehr freundlicher Service in allen Bereichen. Flexibel bei check-in Zeiten und kostenloser Parkplatz (wenn einer frei ist). Reichhaltiges und sehr gutes Frühstück in angenehmen Räumlichkeiten.

Cons:

Mein Vorschlag zur Verbesserung wäre:
# Badezimmer: Haken für Handtücher (2 Stangen für die Badetücher sind gut aber etwas zu wenig) und bessere Lichtverhältnisse (zum Schminken)
# Der lange Vorraum im Zimmer 108 könnte für eine kleine Garderobe genutzt werden, da es nur sehr eingeschränkte Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen für Kleidung gibt

zuerst haben wir ein Zimmer ohne Fenster bekommen.
Keine 4 Sterne.
Zimmer 1 abgelehnt. Zimmer 2 mit einer Terasse, die mehrere Benutzter hatte. Die Tür konnte man nicht schließen.

Pros:

To nasz drugi pobyt przejazdem w tym hotelu. Myliśmy z 2 córkami i ich mężami, i wszyscy mamy podobne zdanie. Hotel klimatyczny, czyściutki, chociaż lokalizacja i widok id zewnątrz nie zachęca. Najlepsza pizza jaką jedliśmy i najlepsze piwo Karlovackio - serio, najlepsze z całego naszego wyjazdu na wybrzeże. Zdecydowanie polecamy, klimat, kuchnia, piwko, sniadanko itp.

Cons:

Tylko to, ze wypadła mi od wewnątrz klamka w pokoju i nie mogłam otworzyc drzwi …:-) reszty się nie czepiam. Dla nas to był hotel do przesłania nocy i przewyższył nasze oczekiwania. Byliśmy tam drugi raz i było super!
