入住即有小點心、水果、飲料招待，早餐該有的都有(粥、飯、麵、麵包、湯、炒菜、沙拉、水果、無糖豆漿、鮮奶...)，地點離新竹市立動物園很近、步行可到，可順道來個小旅行

Cons:

因為想先寄放行李後走行程，還未開口，當天下午三點多值勤的櫃檯人員(女)就一直強調四點才能入住，感覺不受尊重，建議可先詢問有何需要協助之處再說明，感受會好一些
