Een karakteristiek hotel met een prachtige uitzicht voor een heerlijk verblijf
Pros:

Een mooi hotel in Victoriaanse stijl gebouwd met een prachtige uitzicht over de baai. Het hotel ligt in een rustige straat op loopafstand van het centrum en het strand van Sosua. Het heeft meerdere zwembaden en terrassen waar je van het uitzicht kan genieten.

Cons:

Het hotel heeft achterstallig onderhoud, waar op dit moment hard aan gewerkt wordt. De uitstraling van het hotel en het prachtige uitzicht over de baai compenseert dit ruimschoots.

Me gusta la ubicacion es centrico y a la vez reservado , el lugar esta en muy buen estado tienen un gran mantenimiento , el desayuno es muy bueno y variado al igual que el menu del retaurante .El personal muy agradable y atento siempre y quiero destacar el trato al cliente del manager Cristian . Decididamente este es el lugar de mis futuras estancias en Sosua . Mi estancia fue excelente , muchas gracias .

Las vistas son hermosas y el personal de asistencia muy amable.

Cons:

El anuncio es publicidad engañosa; dice que está a pasos de la playa y no es verdad; para ir a la playa tienes que ir en carro. Las habitaciones estaban sucias; el zafacón del baño ni se había vaciado. Ni el aire acondicionado, ni la neverita, ni la televisión funcionaban correctamente. A la llegada nos cambiaron a tres habitaciones distintas buscando una que cumpliera con requisitos mínimos para la estadía pero todas olían a humedad y cerrado. Decidimos que no íbamos a quedarnos ahí (viajábamos con los abuelos y tres niños). El gerente y el dueño fueron muy desagradables cuando solicitamos la cancelación de la reserva, el gerente incluso me faltó al respeto. Hoy en día, no he recibido aún ni el reembolso ni una disculpa. Un experiencia pésima y nada representativa de cómo suele ser la gente y el servicio en este bendito país. Me afectó especialmente porque era la primera visita de la familia a RD. Es una pena ver el estado actual del sitio porque ese hotel era un referente pero a día de hoy está mal cuidado y como en abandono.

Amazing staff, very poor accommodations.

It is poorly maintained. First room and second room the balcony did not lock. Third room air conditioner stopped working, fourth room refrigerator did not work and sink drained extremely slow.

Mittelklasehotel direkt an der Steilküste mit tollem Meerblick.
Das Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen und sauberen Pool, einen kleinen Garten direkt am Meer und eine schöne Terasse (war für mich das Highlight).
Zimmer: Sehr einfach eingerichtet. Kühlschrank und Safe vorhanden. WLAN stabil. Im Bad gibt es lediglich ein Stück Seife. Mein Zimmer hatte Meerblick nach 2 Seiten.
Service: Rezeption hilft bei Fragen, sehr aufmerksam war aber der Restaurantbereich. Zimmer wurde nicht immer täglich gereinigt, da musste ich nachfragen.
Frühstück: Ausgezeichnet, Auswahl aus 4 verschiedenen Gerichten, Kaffee konnte man sich selber holen.
Lage: In einer Sackgasse mit genügend Parkplätzen, einige Minuten Laufzeit ins Zentrum oder 2 Stränden.
