Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Herr der Rezeption kam und reparierte den TV, als ich ihn fragte.
Es gab einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer.

Cons:

Es gab einen unangenehmen Geruch im Zimmer (wie wenn jemand erbrochen hätte)
Man hörte die Nachbarn sehr gut, weshalb ich schlecht geschlafen habe.

Das Frühstück war sehr lieblos und entsprach überhaupt nicht den Bildern. Die Auswahl war begrenzt und es wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt. Die ganze Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum war sehr kühl und unangenehm.

Insgesamt war es für eine Nacht in Ordnung, aber ich würde nicht wiederkommen.

Soba je bila dovolj velika, s lepim pogledom na reko, kopalnica je bila tudi v redu in čista.

Dolgo si moral čakati, da je pritekla topla voda, imeli smo zelo glasne sosede, ki so do 2 zjutraj kričali, se prerivali in se zmerjali..Zjutraj, ko smo prišli na zajtrk je zmanjkalo kave, naslednje jutro ni bilo mleka kosmiči so bili ni bilo pa mleka..

Sympatyczny i pomocny personel, czysty pokój

Cons:

Bardzo mały, duszny pokój na parterze z oknem wychodzącym na parking. Nie da się spać z zamkniętym oknem, a przy otwartym każde działanie na parkingu budzi.

Otoczenie hotelu.

Cons:

Nie wszystkie osoby z obsługi są życzliwe dla klienta. W hotelu nie można było zamówić kawy w porze obiadowej, ponieważ restauracja była już zamknięta (nie było obsługi w restauracji). Bardzo dziwna rzecz, jak na hotel 3-gwiazdkowy. Rano pojawił się dokładnie ten sam problem (jednak jakaś miła młoda osoba pomogła go nam rozwiązać). Hotel może ma potencjał, ale widać, że nie jest zarządzany w taki sposób, by klient poczuł atmosferę tego miejsca.
