Хамское отношение и ужасный прием клиентов
Pros:

Абсолютно ничего.Дело в том,что меня не пустили в отель.Хотя бронирование было подтверждено и 100% оплачено 2 августа.Я никому не советую этот отель

Человек который работает на рецепшене -психопат.Он кричал,возмущался работой системы Booking.com. Говорил,зачем вы общаетесь с ними ? Говорил,что таких цен в Стамбуле вообще нет.( по скидке 10 $ за сутки).Мне дали альтернативу в отель Esra.Пошел туда.Там сказали,что мы вам сделаем бесплатный ужин,вернем вам деньги.Вместо этого вы будете жить в нашем отеле по 34 евро за сутки.Я естественно отказался(Что за такие условия ? ).Вообщем такая ситуация у меня не первый раз в Стамбуле.Тоже самое было с отелем Grand Sami,Они тоже не вернули деньги.Я никому не советую эти отели.

Pros:

As I told you, the staff at this hotel didn't treat me well and demanded another payment verbally, even though I had already paid through their app. When I refused, they refused to let me in and kicked me out. Now I'm asking you to refund my money.

MI hanno ESTORTO 20 Euro extra dando tutta la colpa ad un errore di Booking

Sono arrivato al Simge Hotel il giorno 11.07.2026 alle ore 19:00 circa. Avevo una prenotazione e relativo pagamento online già da giorni, ma quando sono arrivato alla reception hanno preteso ulteriori 20 euro sostenendo che il prezzo applicato era un errore di booking. Non c'è stato margine di trattativa, le possibilità che mi venivano offerte erano due, o pagare i 20 euro o andarmene. Ripeto che non c'è stato alcun modo di discutere, ero stanco dopo un lungo viaggio ed era sera già (non c'era tempo e modo di cercare un altro hotel e NON mi avrebbero restituito i soldi che gia' avevo pagato) quindi ho pagato i 20 Euro (non mi hanno voluto rilasciare neanche la ricevuta per cui non ho prove). Premetto che gli avevo scritto alcuni giorni prima di partire per chiarimenti sul Ceck-IN e mi avevano risposto che tutto era ok e che mi aspettavano (nessuno accenno al futuro pagamento). Sono un viaggiatore esperto e sono anni che viaggio con Booking; è la prima volta che mi capita una situazione del genere. Ho chiesto varie volte supporto a Booking usando vari canali ma dopo 4 giorni nessuna risposta...

Pros:

The place is so bad that I called the police because the hotel is full of lice. And they didn't return my money. I booked two days and didn't live. I ran away from the lice from this dirty residence.

Cons:

A bad place and I hope that this dirty hotel will close, full of filth and lice. I hope you go and see with your own eyes an uninhabitable place.

Catastrophique : Punaises de lit dans le lit !
Pros:

L'emplacement est bien, mais cela ne compense pas le manque d'hygiène

Cons:

Présence de punaises de lit (Bed bugs) dans la chambre. J'ai été piqué sur tout le corps. C'est inacceptable et dangereux pour la santé. L'hygiène est à revoir complètement
