The experience was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
Cons:

The breakfast was extremely poor and disappointing—not at all the kind of rich, enjoyable breakfast you would expect while on vacation.
The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation.
The service was very slow throughout our stay.
The spa is fairly standard and nothing special. The massage we received was below average and far from what you would expect from a hotel that markets itself as a “spa hotel.”
The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. Without a car, it’s almost impossible to stay there comfortably, which is a major limitation.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

Le fait qu’il demande une tenue de soirée pour manger au restaurant est exagéré, pas grave nous avons été ailleurs (et c’était délicieux) des rideaux vraiment occultants devraient être mis aux fenêtres

Underbart läge med god service och fantastiskt avkopplande atmosfär.

Andra gången jag väljer detta hotell. Uppskattar läget, servicen, spa-avdelningen och den lugna atmosfären.

Cons:

Jag är överlag mycket nöjd med valet av hotell. Om möjligt hade jag önskat ett större utbud vegetarisk mat på menyn. En vegetarisk rätt som stod på menyn erbjöds heller inte, så urvalet blev ganska begränsat. Frukostbuffén erbjöd dock fantastiskt utbud även för den som äter vegetariskt.

Descanso a una hora de Milan

Carino, ma non ci tornerei.

La spa era molto pulita, spaziosa, anche se non all’altezza delle aspettative.
La camera era anch’essa molto pulita ma il prezzo era a mio avviso troppo alto per quel tipo di camera standard.

Cons:

Avevo richiesto un paio di giorni prima del nostro arrivo la possibilità di poter ricevere a fine cena, presso il ristorante attiguo all’hotel, una piccola torta con candelina per festeggiare il compleanno di mia moglie, visto che il wee era stato organizzato proprio per quel motivo.
La richiesta era stata accettata e confermata dalla reception, peccato che a fine cena, nessuno abbia portato nulla, tanto che ho pazientato un bel po’, ordinando persino un dolce, sperando che almeno quello arrivasse con una candelina.
Ma così non e’ stato, rendendo vana la magia del momento per me così importante.
Ho fatto presente l’accaduto una volta rientrato in camera, mi e’ stato proposto di portare la torta in quel momento, ma ormai era già troppo tardi poiché mia moglie aveva notato il mio cambio di umore e le avevo riferito l’accaduto.
Al check out, mi sarei aspettato almeno delle scuse, ma tutto e’ passato in sordina, anzi dopo aver pagato e averlo fatto notare, la receptionist ha risposto in modo stizzito iniziando a far ricadere le colpe su altri.
Questo non ritengo sia il modo corretto per provare a fare alta hotellerie, sia perche’ ci sono stati evidenti mancanze di comunicazione tra hotel e ristorante, sia per il modo poco professionale di approcciarsi al cliente dopo una situazione di questo tipo.
