Pros:

Pobyt w Carina Hotel oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. To moja kolejna wizyta w Tczewie i w tym konkretnym obiekcie. Pokój był czysty, obsługa hotelowa bardzo pomocna i miła, a jedzenie wyśmienite. Jeżeli jeszcze kiedyś odwiedzę Tczew na dłużej, to Carina Hotel będzie dla mnie oczywistym wyborem :)

Bardzo udany pobyt. Hotel jest czysty i zadbany. Pokój okazał się dobrze wyciszony, co bardzo poprawiło komfort odpoczynku. Do tego przemiła obsługa i pyszne jedzenie. Chętnie tu wrócę.

Ruhige Lage, Zimmerfenster Richtung Innenhof gerichtet.
Sehr bequeme Betten, Zimmer zweckgebunden eingerichtet.
Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Badezimmerausstattung in die Jahre gekommen aber funktionstüchtig.

Jeśli zależy Wam na ciszy i profesjonalnym podejściu do gościa, warto poszukać innego miejsca. Z przykrością stwierdzam, że był to jeden z najbardziej rozczarowujących pobytów hotelowych, jakie miałam okazję przeżyć.
Już od samego rana, zaledwie dwa pokoje od naszego, trwał remont. Wiercenie, stukanie i hałas budowlany skutecznie uniemożliwiały odpoczynek. Trudno zrozumieć, jak hotel może prowadzić tak uciążliwe prace w trakcie pobytu gości i jednocześnie oczekiwać, że będą zadowoleni.
Dodatkowo wyciszenie pokoi praktycznie nie istnieje. Słychać wszystko, co dzieje się na korytarzu i w sąsiednich pokojach. Mieliśmy wrażenie, że drzwi są jedynie elementem dekoracyjnym, a nie czymś, co powinno zapewniać choć odrobinę prywatności i spokoju. Czystość również nie na najwyższym poziomie, pokoje wymagają remontu i odświeżenia.
Niespodzianką była również informacja przekazana dopiero w dniu przyjazdu, że akurat podczas naszego pobytu odbędzie się nocna impreza. Tego typu rzeczy powinny być komunikowane przed dokonaniem rezerwacji.
Na dokładkę gdzieś nad naszym pokojem lub tuż obok stale przebywał gołąb, którego nieustanne gruchanie sprawiało wrażenie, jakby mieszkał razem z nami w pokoju.
Po kontakcie z recepcją w sprawie zmiany pokoju lub zwrotu kosztów za kolejną noc czekałam około 45 minut na odpowiedź. Musiałam ponownie zadzwonić i przypomnieć o sprawie. Dopiero wtedy menedżer raczył oddzwonić. Niestety rozmowa przebiegała tak, jakby problem w ogóle nie istniał – usłyszałam jedynie, że remont odbywa się w godzinach porannych więc o co chodzi... Fakt, że prace odbywały się rano, nie zmienia tego, że skutecznie pozbawiały gości spokoju i możliwości wypoczynku. Ostatecznie zrezygnowałam z kolejnej nocy, na plus mogę jedynie zaliczyć fakt, że po rezygnacji, otrzymałam zwrot kosztów za niewykorzystany nocleg. Niestety nie zmienia to mojego ogólnego wrażenia z pobytu, który był daleki od oczekiwanego komfortu i spokoju.
