Baustelle im EG in allen Bereichen und das erst nach Buchung erfahren
Im Bad einige Mängel wie rinnender Duschschlauch, 1 defekte Lampe, kleine WC Spülung ging nicht und der Spiegel war sehr staubig.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Leider fast nur begrenzt Meerblick da ein Haus davor steht.
Das Personal ist eher verhalten freundlich und man kann hier keinen überdurchschnittlichen Service erwarten

Sehr schönes Hotel in Meran direkt an der Passer
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Passer-Promenade ist sehr schön. Bei passenden Wetter besteht ebenfalls die Möglichkeit vor dem Hotel direkt an der Promenade zu Frühstücken. Alle Beschäftigten des Hotels waren stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit großer Auswahl und ausreichend Zeit (bis 11:00 Uhr), um nach einem entspannten Frühstück in den Tag zu starten.

Cons:

Uns war bereits zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung bekannt und bewusst, dass aktuell Bauarbeiten im Hotel stattfinden. Relativ kurzfristig vor unserer Anreise wurde dann allerdings auch noch die hoteleigene Garage nicht mehr benutzbar, so dass wir in die Tiefgarage der Therme Meran (liegt am gegenüberliegenden Ufer der Passer) verwiesen wurden. Die vorher mit dem Hotel besprochenen Reservierung hat bei der Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage nicht funktionier (--> Ticket ziehen) beim Ausfahren aus der Tiefgarage der Therme hat alles reibungsfrei funktioniert. Die "stylischen" Mischbatterien im Bad sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hier gibt es mit Sicherheit 5 bis 10% Wasser-Einsparungspotential mit "normalen" Einhebel-Mischbatterien ...
