Pros:

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung, das Personal freundlich und die zentrale Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren waren recht hoch und der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer eher wenig einladend.

Toller Aufenthalt in Meran

Sehr luxuriöses Zimmer, mit einer außergewöhnlichen Aussicht auf Meran. Hatten ein Upgrade ohne Aufpreis bekommen.

Toller Service in Bezug auf die Thermen in Meran. Alles, was man für einen Besuch dort benötigt, wird gestellt. Die RFID Armbänder bekommt man dort auch schon.

Cons:

Kritik auf hohen Niveau: Manchmal etwas zu professionelles Personal.
Ein bisschen fehlt mir persönlich in diesem modernen Hotel die Seele der Hotels oder Gasthöfe "auf dem Land"
Ansonsten glatte 10.

Sehr freundlicher Service. Hervorragende Lage. Gutes Frühstück.
Klimaanlage im Standardzimmer war defekt, wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade. Das Zimmer im neuen Anbau war phantastisch.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels an der Promenade war super. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon zum Fluss.
Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr gut.

Ich weiß fast nicht, wo ich anfangen soll vor Begeisterung. Ich wurde in der Stadt von einem Mitarbeiter abgeholt und an das Hotel navigiert. Alle Angestellten sehr zuvorkommend, Zimmer sehr sauber und da Frühstück reichhaltig. Sehr gut organisiert. Gerne wieder. Danke🤗

Pros:

Wir kamen nach einer langen Radtour völlig durchnässt vom Regen und zudem erst relativ spät im Hotel an. Trotzdem wurden wir herzlich empfangen und bekamen noch einen Tisch im Restaurant. Das Essen war hervorragend.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der großartige Service: Uns wurde angeboten, unsere nassen Sachen zu waschen, was schnell und unkompliziert erledigt wurde. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

Da wir anschließend noch in die Therme wollten, durften wir unser Gepäck im Hotel lassen. Außerdem erhielten wir vergünstigte Thermenkarten, eine Tasche mit Handtüchern und Bademänteln sowie kostenlose Zugtickets für die Weiterreise nach Bozen.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt mit außergewöhnlich freundlichem Service. Dieses Hotel können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen
