Pros:

La ubicación perfecta y el desayuno impecable. Cosas muy ricas y variadas. La atención es destacable, están muy preocupados de nuestras peticiones. Andrés, encargado del turno tarde-noche se esmero en que nuestra estancia sea inolvidable.

Such a wonderful hotel! Your peaceful place in Easter Island
Pros:

Such a beautiful hotel, nice swimming pool, nice patio with relaxing area, parking space and super friendly helpful staff (Thank you to Andres, Kiana, Iti and all the others!)
The city center was only a 10min walk away
The room was super clean and with a good perfume. There was also a safe and a mini fridge in the room
They can also offer tours but not every tour takes place any day of the week so better to get in touch in advance before arrival

Cons:

wifi needs to be improved in the rooms, sadly it wasn't the best
showers were very good generally speaking, but we had an issue on our last day

The staff were exceptional, responsive, kind and friendly. The hotel is a casual, family run hotel, which pays attention to the details. A great place to relax, and yet just a 10 min walk to town.

A wonderful stay at a lovely hotel with incredible staff
Pros:

We had the very best stay at Hotel Gomero for our honeymoon and our first married Christmas. The staff were exceptional and incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay special and to assist with everything from booking day tours to arranging tables for us on Christmas Day. We felt truly special and had an amazing time on the island. We only hope we get to visit again soon. 100% highly recommend.
