Pros:

Uitermate vriendelijk ontvangst ! Dit familiebedrijf doet moeite voor zijn gasten ! Gastvrijheid ten top ! Ook hebben wij van een heerlijk diner genoten (alles huisbereid & bio) . Ligging 1,5u rijden van Tirana en half uurtje van Berat . Perfecte ligging voor daguitstappen . Modern gerenoveerde kamers . Een absolute aanrader !

Cons:

Gece geç giriş yaptık. Yaşlı bir amca karşıladı bizi. İngilizce bile bilmiyordu. Odalar çok kötüydü ve kötü kokuyordu.

Pros:

La struttura ottima, piaciuto tutto, dal check-in al check out, colazione pranzo e cena, tutto ottimo! Conoscevo solo il ristorante e ora conosco anche l’albergo. Ci ritornerò!

⭐⭐ — Hôtel encore en rodage, à éviter pour l'instant
Les chambres sont neuves et cela se voit : literie de très bonne qualité, sanitaires impeccables. Le potentiel est là.
Malheureusement, l'établissement souffre clairement de son manque de maturité. L'odeur de peinture ou de plâtre est omniprésente et rend l'atmosphère difficile à supporter, d'autant qu'il est impossible d'aérer — les nuisances sonores extérieures sont trop importantes pour laisser la fenêtre ouverte. La climatisation de ma chambre était hors service à cause d'un fusible déclenché, que j'ai dû réenclencher moi-même à 3h du matin après des heures d'inconfort. Comble de la chose, la clim d'une chambre voisine s'enclenchait ensuite toutes les dix minutes avec un claquement sonore, rendant tout sommeil impossible. Et à 7h, les travaux à l'étage au-dessus ont achevé la nuit. L'eau chaude, elle, se fait attendre de longues minutes.
Je suis dubitative face aux avis très positifs qui précèdent le mien.
Peut-être agréable dans un an ou deux, une fois les finitions terminées et les problèmes techniques résolus. En l'état, difficile de recommander.

המארח לא יודע היטב אנגלית, אבל מאוד משתדל ומנסה לעזור בכל מה שניתן, החדר היה נקי ונוח

Zimmer direkt an Rezeption
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück unglaublich lecker. Parkplätze lagen privat sicher hinterm Haus. Im Restaurant hat man sich sehr Mühe gegeben.

Cons:

Für albanische Verhältnisse war das Zimmer vielleicht okay, allerdings nicht für uns.
Das Zimmer lag direkt an der Rezeption, sodass wir Nachts von wildem klingeln der Rezeptionsklingel geweckt wurden. Morgens hat sich eine Reisegruppe gefühlt direkt vor unserer Tür versammelt um auszuchecken. Vor unserem Fenster befand sich ein kleiner Hof mit einem riesigen Wasserbäuler und Stromkästen.
Das Zimmer selbst hatte eine hübsche Einrichtung, von welcher Stromkabel lose rumhingen, die Steckdosen aus der Wand kamen, sich Schimmel an der Wand befand und sich die Bodenleisten lösten.
Extrem schlecht geschlafen mit katastrophalem Zimmer....
Das Geld war das wirklich nicht Wert.
