Ainda senti um pouco de dificuldade para abrir e fechar a porta do quarto. O clima estava bom, mas senti falta de ar condicionado para o verão, porque o ventilador disponível era bem pequeno. E a TV não funcionou.

We are a fit, but aged , couple. There is no reception staff. Everything must be done by text/Whatsapp. The property front door requires a digital code and a very difficult front door manouvre. Not helpful in inclement weather. The door to the room was a digital manipulation nightmare. Most unfriendly. Although there are tea/coffee in the room, there is no jug & no cups/mugs. It requires traipsing up a flight of narrow stairs to a communal kitchen to boil water and then bring cups with hot contents down the stairs to the room. Primitive. There are no glasses for water consumption in the room. How is anybody meant to consume medications or quench their thirst? Again, primitive. All of this for a cost of more than £200 per night. We are world travelled. This was very poor.

It was a converted theatre room with weird glass sliding doors, didn't feel private near the laundry which we could hear being turned on as early as 7.45am on Sunday morning. Needed to access the key safe lock every time to open our door. Was temperamental and very annoying. No extras, no glasses in the room, no conditioner, very basic accomodation.

Apartment was a bit confusing to find
Loud, you could hear other guests entering and exiting the apartments.
Our room was right next to the laundry facilities, so it was loud and our sliding hallway door was glass.
Our bathroom window looked out into a small courtyard that belonged to another guest
One bed side light was not plugged in and there were no wall sockets for it to be plugged in to.
Lack of plug in’s in general.
Expensive!!

Too hot to stay in the summer. An extra fan request was confirmed prior to stay then told they were n/a. We’re advised to open windows for a cross breeze but not all windows could be propped open plus there were no screens to keep the bugs out. Carpets were extremely filthy - stained all over. Surfaces did not look clean either.

The heat in the room was unbearable, there was a bad smell coming from outside so you’re forced to keep windows closed as well.

Das Bad ist zu klein, vor allem das Waschbecken ist winzig. Das Fenster war nicht zu schließen (da es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr warm war, war das kein Problem), die Dusche ist etwas abgewohnt, hier wäre mehr Pflege notwendig.

Pas de climatiseur dans la chambre. C'était un four et je ne pouvais pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte de jour. J'ai du utiliser la poubelle pour tenir la fenêtre ouverte la nuit. J'ai du laver le ventilateur portatif de la chambre, il était encrassé. Le tapis de la chambre était plein de taches (ils ont ajouté une carpette pour cacher la majeur partie des taches. Une des portes d'armoire de la chambre avait une penture brisée au centre de la porte. Pas de ciseau ni de détecteur de fumée dans la cuisine. *La télécommande de la télé dans la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas. Je n'ai pas pu parler à quelqu'un. Rien que des échanges de courriels qui représentent une perte de temps et de jouissance en vacances pour ma part.
