The place was very clean

Cons:

Very poor soundproofing. You can hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms, making it nearly impossible to sleep.
The biggest issue was being charged twice for the stay. I understand that mistakes happen, but the response was disappointing. Being asked whether I had another bank card to use was incredibly inappropiate - what if this had been my last available money? Although the refund was eventually processed, I was given three different refund dates by staff, each presented as if it were certain. That level of inconsistency is simply not professional. A real shame, as the otherwise friendly staff left a good impression.

Pros:

Locatia excelenta langa un mall si aproape de gara din Torre Anunziatta Centrale. Mancarea foarte buna la micul dejun, personal amabil, atmosfera foarte frumoasa, curatenie exemplara. Se face curat zilnic in camere, se schimba prosoapele si patul in fiecare zi. Exista o fantana cu muzica si lumini langa hotel care se vede foarte frumos din camere, are spectacol in fiecare seara. Cu siguranta as reveni si voi recomanda cu drag acest hotel. Mi-a placut mult! ❤️

Great place to stay for the value
Pros:

Loved that it was located next to a mall, and a 10 min walk to the train station. Was very convenient.

Cons:

This is not the property’s fault, but aside from the mall and being close to the train station felt like there wasn’t much to explore in the area itself. Didn’t see any small shops or very many cafés

Το προσωπικό είναι εξαιρετικό, φιλικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει ότι χρειαστείτε, είναι δίπλα από το mall επίσης είναι πολύ βολικό, δωρεάν πάρκινγκ πολύ βολική τοποθεσία για να πας Amalfi , Positano Sorrento!
