Pros:

The apartments are spacious clean and well equipped. The location is excellent

Cons:

While it always works out the end getting a confirmation for a parking is complex. They don’t let you know until the day before.

High standard spacious accommodation in a lovely area
Pros:

​Spacious bedroom and living room featuring a comfortable bed and sofa, large screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have access to a high-end gym and a lovely lounge offering complimentary coffee, snacks, and sparkling water. A high standard rarely found in Tel Aviv.

Modern,quiet,clean .excellent what's up service,there is no reception desk,every thing is via what's up.answers in seconds.great fitness center,clean with free energy nibbles.in the lobby a great coffee maker,with free coffee ,cornflakes,mineral water and dried fruit.there is a coffee machine in the room with,tea,coffee.great kitchen in the room .

מקום נקי ומאורגן. צוות תפעולי טוב מאד ומחויב.

Cons:

התארחנו במלון כמה פעמים ובפעם הזאת קבלנו חדר עם מקלחת מאד צפופה וחדר שינה צפוף. הסתבר לנו שיש הבדלים בין החדרים עליהם לא ידענו.

Un appartement impeccable, dans un quartier calme et très bien desservi.
Pros:

L’immeuble est impeccable et très bien situé, il y règne un calme et une sérénité très appréciables. L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable!
Le balcon était un plus considérable pour savourer un café tôt le matin. Le lit est très confortable et nous avons vraiment apprécié de disposer d’une machine à laver et d’un sèche-linge dans l’appartement.

Cons:

Nous avons tout aimé dans l’ensemble, aucun point négatif!

Impersonnel , pas propre, bel emplacement et belle vue depuis la terrasse

l'emplacement et la vue depuis la terrasse

Cons:

- pas propre ( miettes et cheveux un peu partout, tapis sale, odeur d'égoût dans la salle de bain)
- jamais personne dans le hall de l'immeuble à qui s'adresser, tout se fait via whatsapp et donc totalement impersonnel et sans charme.
- pas de ménage quotidien, la seule fois ou j'ai demandé à ce que les poubelles soient vidées cela n'a pas été fait. Il n'est pas possible de demander à ce que le ménage soit fait, juste vider les poubelles ( et cela n'est pas fait quand demandé donc).
- mauvais rapport qualité / prix
