Superb
Pros:

We had a lovely sea view from a clean and airy room, espcially from its little balcony. The very beautifully landscaped garden and pool right by our room was a perfect and very relaxing spot to cool off after the rather steep climb up the hill from the main road through Mazunte. Omar was a very responsive host and his recommendations for restaurants etc were all good. We wished we'd booked for longer!

Cons:

Only the hill up from the main road (about 200 paces up the steep lane) - and without it there would have been no sea view so you can't have everything!

Great views, close to everything, good value
Pros:

Omar the owner was always available and his recommendations for excursions, dinners, sunset were spot on.

Cons:

Coffee maker in rooms could be helpful, and maybe hot water in shower (or inform guests)for the lady but not a deal breaker because it's so hot and water isn't uncomfortably cold.

Peaceful. Beautiful. Restful. Charming hosts full of excellent suggestions in perfect English.
Pros:

Beautiful, well appointed, thought out property. Set out as an oasis of calm overlooking the sea.

Cons:

Hard to find (no sign on turn, street nor property). Some confusion over name listed in booking.com and actual name.
