Il n’y a aucun staff formé ni compétent
La tv dans la villa ne marche pas
La piscine de la villa n’était pas praticable car le sol de la piscine n’était pas fini

La charge électrique de la voiture le 1er jour n’avait pas été mise en marche la voiture était bloquée dans charge!!
La nourriture n’est pas bonne
Pour le prix demandé l’endroit ni le personnel ne vaut de dépenser son argent. L’endroit est mal tenu et vieillissant et absolument aucun service ni compensation du management. Bref fuyez

O hotel é fantástico e está muito bem localizado. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom, com muita variedade e opções saudáveis. A área da herdade é enorme, dá para passear bastante. Com bom tempo, imagino que seja maravilhoso usufruir das paisagens e das zonas das poscinas.
O hotel é bastante familiar e na minha estadia estava cheio de crianças. Esperava um espaço mais reservado e com menos barulho, principalmente na zona das refeições e na piscina interior. Esse espaço é limitado às crianças em certas horas, mas, infelizmente, os pais não respeitam essa regra. Acho que os funcionários deveriam controlar melhor essa situação. Também esperava que o espaço da piscina interior fosse maior. A profundidade é bastante e é a mesma em toda a área. Para quem não sabe nadar, não é possível usufruir desse espaço. Penso que uma zona maior e com áreas spa proporcionariam melhores momentos de relaxamento, que é o que muitos clientes procuram. Fica a sugestão!
Pequeno almoço com bastante variedade e qualidade, contacto com a natureza e animais, serviço de spa e restaurante, serviço de carregamento de carros elétricos e também gostámos bastante do facto do hotel ser pet friendly. Também gostámos bastante do quarto, e das piscinas, principalmente das piscinas de contemplação.
A estrada à chegada do hotel em muito mau estado, alguns trilhos com demasiada vegetação, o que torna dificil a passagem.

The hotel itself is beautiful, it has a big territory and lots of facilities. There are nice little details in the rooms, such as tote bags, hats and sleeping kits which made us feel very welcome
Unfortunately, in contrast to the beauty of the hotel itself, the staff’s attitude is very poor and doesn’t match the quality of the property.
Guests leave plates with food and glasses with drinks by the pool, and they remain there under the sun and heat until late at night without anyone taking care of them.
We arrived on Easter Day, and there were raw broken eggs scattered around the hotel grounds and the pool area. The staff kept walking past them without cleaning them up or doing anything about it.
At the restaurant, the staff was very inattentive. It took us five attempts to ask for water during dinner before it was finally brought to us. Then they brought us a bottle of wine and simply left it on the table. We waited another 30 minutes, repeatedly asking for glasses and for the bottle to be opened.
And the cherry on top was that my partner left his sweatshirt in the restaurant. When we came back to collect it, the staff told us they had seen it and placed it on a hanger, even though their usual procedure is to bring lost items to reception. However, it disappeared from the hanger. We asked several times for help finding it, but the staff remained completely indifferent.
It’s such a shame that the impression of such a beautiful hotel is ruined by the people who work there.

Most amazing place, so relaxing, spacious and grounding. Definitely want to come back with my kids and sunny weather. Food is amazing, best breakfast buffet I have ever encountered, amazing pool and so much outside space to explore.
