Very good comfortable room in a great location.
Pros:

Lovely big room with lots of natural light. Very quiet and a 5 minute walk to the high street. Very tasty breakfast. There is a car park on site on a first come first served basis. Highly recommend.

Wonderful . We will be back
Pros:

Very central. Walking distance to railway and bus station.Harbour and town 10mins walk away . Very clean bedroom.All toiletries provided. Nicely decorated throughout the building.
Good selection for breakfast. Lovely hot food.Manager Kaylee was very attentive , friendly and a asset to the establishment.

Cons:

Minimal food offer in the evenings.
So unfortunately eat else where.

Wonderful surprise and great value for money
Pros:

Very convenient location for the harbour and shops/restaurants. Stylishly decorated bedrooms with good facilities e.g coffee machine. (We stayed in the Versace room!) Comfortable beds with great quality sheets etc. Clean and fresh coat of paint.

החדר היה מעוצב טוב ובגודל סביר, חדר אמבטיה היה גדול, היו תמרוקים טובים, ארוחת בוקר טעימה, המארכות היו נכמדות, קרוב לבית מלון היו מסעדות טובות

בקומת קרקה ישנו פאב שמשרת את כול העיר- שם היו המון אנשים החנייה היתה קמעט מלאה ואנו בקושי הצלחנו למצוא מקום, לעלות לחדר במדריגות "סרפנטינה" עם מזוודות הייתה משימה קשה. בחדר אין מזגן רק מאברר תיקרה ושולחני, והחלונות איאפשר היה לפתוח

Excellent pub with rooms in great location.
Pros:

Great location. This is a proper pub that serves the local community. The property is well maintained and the staff are friendly and well trained. The accommodation is excellent: nicely decorated, comfortable and spotless. The breakfasts are exceptional. The Bosun’s Chair is excellent value for money and is our go to place in Lymington.

Pros:

Nice pub with rooms, we had no. 9 a big double on the front with ensuite and big walk-in shower.
Lively pub with good range of drinks.
Breakfast was excellent, delicious a great start to the day.

A little gem.
Pros:

Everything about the Bosuns Chair has been done to an exceptional standard. The rooms are large, airy, clean and nicely furnished with all facilities you can need. It’s central to the town. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

There is nothing negative about this place.

Comfortable stay in well presented accommodation.
Pros:

Lovely looking well maintained building with rear beer garden and covered seating/tv area and rear car parking. Large bar area offering range of draft and bottled beers etc. Exceptional, welcoming friendly staff. Superb quality breakfast with different choices. Great location with short walk to harbour area and town high street shops/pubs.

Cons:

No issues to raise.
