Un albergo elegante in una zona tranquilla un po' decentrata
Pros:

Una struttura nuova, pulita, curata nei particolari. La camera dove ho dormito, anche se affacciava sul cortile, era adeguatamente luminosa, pulita , confortevole e curata. L 'albergo è posizionato in un'area tranquilla e di fronte ad parco grazioso . La colazione è buona con prodotti di qualità.

Cons:

La struttura è, secondo me, un po' troppo lontana dalle zone turisticamente più attrattive ( es. zona musei o attracchi battelli) . Anche se io e il mio compagno siamo dei camminatori, effettivamente c'era quel km di troppo. Anche se la strada per arrivare è pedonale e piena di negozi. Noi non abbiamo preso mezzi pubblici. Forse più adatto per chi usa metro etc etc. La colazione non mira sicuramente ad accontentare gli italiani data la limitatissima quantità di dolci. Il personale gentile e professionale ma un po' asettico.

Pros:

Service de qualité, emplacement parfait, un petit-déjeuner copieux et très bon. La chambre très propre.

Cons:

Tout est parfait, à part la grandeur de la chambre mais la salle de bain est spacieuse

It was a lovely hotel, but some of the staff were inflexible around our concerns and requests.
Pros:

Location was lovely across from a park. The hotel was very nicely updated. Our room was very pretty, clean with a great bed, crisp linens and an elegant bath.

Cons:

My requested quiet room was actually in the basement looking out at an enclosed space. No actual daylight. Eerie and seemed unsafe to be subterranean without an egress. There was also a hot water issue for our showers. The staff didn’t seem very interested about our concerns. rude. Also, they started shutting down and clearing the expensive breakfast before the 10 am ending. They did not make exceptions to get more coffee one minute after breakfast closed

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Chambre joliment décorée (bien qu'un peu étroite) avec grande fenêtre et vue sur le parc. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité et plutôt bien fourni. Très propre. Rooftop avec vue sympa sur les alentours. Rue piétonne et nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Le lit un peu dur à mon goût

Ikke noe jeg likte egentlig.

Cons:

Oppholdet levde dessverre ikke opp til forventningene. Mottakelsen i resepsjonen var lite imøtekommende, og vi følte oss mer til bry enn velkomne.

Det var ikke mulig å justere temperaturen på rommet, noe som gjorde oppholdet mindre komfortabelt. I tillegg ble vi vekket klokken 09.10 av renholdspersonalet som banket på døren og spurte om de kunne vaske.

Det sto opplyst at rommet skulle ha kaffemaskin, men det var ingen der da vi kom. Vi måtte selv gå til resepsjonen for å be om å få en.

Da vi spurte en ansatt om rooftop-baren var åpen, fikk vi et kort “nei”, og vedkommende virket irritert over at vi stilte spørsmålet.

Alt i alt opplevde vi servicen som lite gjestfri, og oppholdet svarte dessverre ikke til forventningene.

Would definitely visit again
Pros:

Location just outside the busy tourist areas but close enough to walk into, very clean and tidy.

Cons:

They were slightly light on staff, the barman had to also deliver all the room service whilst serving the restaurant and manning the bar. He did excellently and was lovely but needed to offer a waiting drink he could pour quickly to appease some guests.
