We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, excellent position and great friendly staff highly recommend!
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good food and a great rooftop bar! The hotel is in a central position, which made it easy to access all areas of Stockholm.

Cons:

Our first room was next to the lifts - but having raised the issue of the noise, we we’re moved to a quieter room 🤗

En av de trevligaste hotellupplevelserna på väldigt länge. Otroligt fina rum, fantastiskt gym, underbar takterrass och top notch-restaurant. Personalen var underbara och servicen oklanderlig. Garage i källaren och lugnt, grönt läge vid Tessinparken. Kommer absolut bo här fler gånger!

Jeg bestilte rom med utsikt til hagen, det kostet ganske mye mer enn andre rom. Når vi skulle nyte hage, utsikt og blomster så vi ingenting. Det var trukket ned en netting-gardin som hindret utsikt!!!
Jeg klagde på det og fikk beskjed om at netting-gardinene var automastisk og ikke kunne ikke åpnes. Jeg ba da om at pengene som ble betalt ekstra ble tilbakebetalt. Jeg skulle få tilbakemelding om det, men hørte ikke mer fra damen i resepsjonen.
Jeg kommer ikke til å anbefale dette hotellet videre og vurderer å skrive en anmeldelse på nettet om opplevelsen.
Om dere velger å betale mellomlegget tilbake så er det fint. Synes det er svindel å annonsere rom med fantastisk utsikt til hagen til en pris over 2’ mer når man ikke får det.

Excellent location and luxurious comfort
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and felt luxurious. Bathroom was very nice. Bed was very comfy.

Cons:

For a boutique hotel would appreciate small amenities like a bottle of wine or welcome snacks, rather than just for purchase.

Pros:

Personel her konuda yardımcı idi. Bize şehir ile ilgili sorularımızda oldukça içten şekilde destek oldular. Ayrıca son gün bavullarımızı muhafaza etme konusunda da yardımcı oldular. Odalar temizdi, odada her türlü ihtiyaca yönelik detaylar mevcuttu. Özellikle havlu terlikler birçok otelin aksine son rahat ve kaliteliydi.

Cons:

Maalesef oddaların camları açılmıyor ve otomatik bir güneşlik sistemi var; gündüzleri bu güneşlik kapalı oluyor. Yani eğer park manzaralı odaya fazladan 10k ödeyecekseniz bu detayı bilmenizden fayda var çünkü gündüz parkı göremiyorsunuz.
