Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso hotel a due passi dal lungomare, da cui è facilmente raggiungibile il centro con Grab. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la camera è bellissima e la struttura è dotata di ogni comfort.

It was just great.
Pros:

Great place to stay. A lot of restaurants and coffeehouses around, and the beach is just within 5 minutes walk. Nice pool at the top. And the room was quite cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

В номере были повсюду муравьи (в комнате, в ванной, у кровати - везде)
Балкон не закрывается до конца, поэтому охлажденный воздух быстро уходит, и комната снова нагревается, становится душно
Кондиционер дует прямо на кровать, из-за этого началась простуда.
У раковины нет мыла для рук. А мыло в душе почти не выдавливалось.
А также не работают запасной выход с 12-го этажа (персонал закрыл двери, так как 11 этаж на ремонте). По технике безопасности это недопустимо. Из-за этого мы застряли на 12 этаже, когда лифт сломался
