The space is tired. But safe and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location, good instructions for entering. The hosts were kind and I felt safe. The area is vibrant and surprisingly quiet for such a central location.

Cons:

The flat is in poor decorative repair.
There is thick limescale around the shower and the silicon is marked with mould. The walls around the light switches were dirty.

My door would not hold closed without locking it. The place could do with a refresh. While it was a good price for the night I would not stay again.

Pros:

Gregory and Clare are so accommodating and kind, it was a pleasure to have them as hosts! The property is great, it is a quiet location, we've had a good night sleep. The shared living room / kitchen is lovely, and everything one needs is available. The bus stop is right next door, which is very convenient. Fully recommend and will stay again!

Cons:

Als je 's nachts met het raam open wilt slapen, oordopjes meenemen. Het blijft Londen en je hoort verkeer.

Great stay near Old Street
Pros:

Great stay at an advantageous price. Easy comms, great location, exactly the kind of accommodation I needed for my work trip. Gregory and Clare were extremely welcoming and friendly, and enjoyed chatting with and meeting them.

Pros:

Gregory and Claire are great hosts, welcoming and informative without being intrusive.
The bedroom was basic but ideal for our needs, nice bonus to have used of the shared kitchen & Living room.
Excellent location, handy for bars, restaurants and public transport, yet really quiet. We hardly knew there were other guests in the house.
