Quedamos encantadas y agradecida!
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y cercano al terminal terrestre de la empresa que usé para llegar, y cercano a la plaza de armas. Amplios jardines , todo un aspecto campestre y rustico. Limpio, etc. El personal muy amable, trata de resolver las necesidades particulares del huésped. En nuestro caso, tuvimos un inconveniente y nos apoyaron, y también, adaptaban sus servicios cuando teniamos horarios diferentes en los tours. La presencia de sus animalitos también nos encantó.

Cons:

Una señorita en el restaurante en particular, podría ser un poquito más paciente.
Sugiero también, que no tengan una sola carta . En una misma mesa, los comensales no tenemos la misma determinación para elegir un menú ni los mismos tiempos, peor aún, en varias mesas.
A veces también sirve la opción de frigobar y un hervidor en la habitación, pero en cocina nos facilitaron el servicio de agua y refrigerado.

Pros:

Las áreas comunes del lodge como la piscina, el restaurante, las áreas verdes donde puedes tomar excelente fotografías, las cabañas.

Cons:

En realidad no hubo nada a mi percepción que pudo incomodarme, todo fue correcto.

Lugar de encanto
Pros:

Toda la locación es hermosísima, la pasamos súper viendo la vegetación y los animales que son un encanto. La piscina jacuzzi temperada lo máximo, voy a regresar con familia y amigos.

Cons:

Me gustó todo, si toda la piscina fuera temperada creo que sería súper súper genial.

Cons:

Que me hayan apurado un tanto en llegar a pesar de la terrible lluvia, porque me indicaron que sólo podría hacer el check in hasta las 11pm.
El baño era muy estrecho.
