Reasonable hotel but staff were less than engaging or helpful. Would likely look elsewhere next time
Pros:

Great location, outside the very narrow streets of Spello. Room had a walkout patio and lovely view. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of foods.

Cons:

Check-in was a little odd as the front desk was staffed by uninterested teenagers/early twenties. We had to walk through a group of them and their friends smoking right outside the entrance door, just to get inside. We had cases but no one even opened the door for us.

Pros:

La struttura è molto affascinante, posizione eccellente.

Cons:

Rispetto al fascino della struttura, le camere sono eccessivamente basiche e spoglie. Dalla camera si sentono gli scarichi delle altre e se si va in bagno di notte si svegliano anche i vicini. Rubinetteria obsoleta e rumorosa.

Arrivati il 18 Maggio giornata fredda alla sera 10 gradi , camera freddissima,abbiamo chiesto di accendere il riscaldamento … ma era staccato ci hanno dato due coperte in più.
Sciacquone water rotto con un rumore incredibile in ricarica .
Mancava un comodino nella camera .
Bagno senza finestra né nessuna ventola
Porta terrazza rotta per chiudere bisognava tirare fortissimo .
Terrazza molto sporca con vasi piante secche
Colazione molto misera con tavoli sporchi
Oltre 60 gradini per arrivare alla camera senza ascensore abbiamo dovuto portarci da soli la valigia
