What I Liked
The hotel staff are the true credit of the property. The room cleaning staff were excellent, maintaining high standards throughout my stay. The breakfast staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, creating a pleasant start to each day. The reception team were also friendly and professional, and the check-in process was quick and efficient with no waiting time.
The hotel's greatest asset is undoubtedly its location. It offers an exceptional setting and is a major reason to choose this property. Overall, the staff's friendliness, dedication, and commitment to guest satisfaction made my stay enjoyable and left a very positive impression.
Areas for Improvement
The hotel would greatly benefit from a significant refurbishment and modernization program. Many areas of the property appear dated, and the furniture in both guest rooms and public spaces shows noticeable signs of wear. Investing in new furnishings and updating the facilities would substantially improve the overall guest experience.
The breakfast offering would also benefit from improvements in presentation and layout. While the food selection was satisfactory, the buffet presentation did not reflect the standards typically expected in the hospitality industry. During my stay, food items were placed directly on tables rather than being displayed in a structured buffet using appropriate GN containers, buffet displays, and professional catering furniture. A more attractive and organized presentation would enhance both the visual appeal and the overall dining experience.
Given its outstanding location and dedicated staff, the hotel has excellent potential. With targeted investments in refurbishment, furniture renewal, and food & beverage presentation, it could offer a guest experience that fully matches the quality of its surroundings.

Falta de limpeza , cozinha não tão boa , e as camas divididas , quarto para fumador e não tinha uma varanda e ainda tinha sinal de proibido fumar

Salle de bain d’une autre époque. Douchette qui fuie. Chasse d’eau qui fuie. Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas correctement. Le personnel tente de vous donner une chambre en mauvais état et bruyante (côté rue). Insistez pour avoir une chambre correcte.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Après avoir changer de chambre il était impossible de régler la climatisation. Les douchettes fuyaient et le siphon de la douche était bouché. Le réceptionniste veut absolument se débarrasser de ses chambres les plus nulles.
