very comfy and clean hotel, great location if you are attending an event in Bitec.
Pros:

We were there for an event in Bitec, the hotel is in walking distance from the revenue, making it very comfortable timewise, no need to be in Bangkok traffic. To get out and about, skytrain is just next door.
The rooms were super clean and comfortable, staff friendly and welcoming, very helpful with eg extra luggage for the event. i would highly recommend the hotel.

Cons:

There are quite many food stalls around which are open in the day, but the only thing we missed was easy acces to buy drinks at night, a vending machine or some more drinks variety for sale in the hotel would be great.

Pros:

it's very clean, bright inside the hotel. staffs are polite and easy to communicate with English. next to the hotel is a coffee shop and 7-11 is just across the road.

Cons:

the location of the hotel is next to a main junction. noise from the traffic can he heard and felt if the window is facing the junction. but it was not a big issue for me.

Good Enough for the Price
Pros:

VERY CLOSE TO BITEC. Everything was walkable.

a little noisy and you can feel the room when big trucks pass by.

Pros:

SUBCON 出展時の滞在でしたが、BITEC会場へは徒歩圏内で、大変便利でした。

Cons:

７－１１まで徒歩１０分で、少し不便でした。

Pros:

Great place outside the main tourist area. Very clean room, comfy bed and very helpful staff.

Cons:

Missing breakfast and restaurant but there are many options nearby so it's not a deal breaker.
