Everything! Absolutely outstanding. Facilities, the little touches everywhere that made our stay so perfect, and the staff were so friendly. Cannot rate this highly enough.

Very comfortable accommodation. Local public car parking is a tad tricky.
Pros:

Great location, we selected a room with water views. We ate on the terrace, pub fare was reasonable but a nice outlook on a warm evening.

Cons:

Explanation of car parking arrangements in welcome instructions can be improved.

We always enjoy staying in the mumbles as I am from there so like going home from me

The only thing I felt since last stay the corridors and carpets are looking really run down with quite a lot of stains on carpet

Pros:

Location. But parking not clear on the website due to car park closure that has been going on for more than a year whilst the prom is updated.

Cons:

Despite the big news of safety for the introduction of the 20mph limits. Kids were doing stunts and wheelies up and down the Main Street in the evening. Spoils the location.
