Great location (but no parking) on the Mumbles beachfront.
The staff, particularly Alex, were fantastic. They couldn’t be more helpful.
The restaurant and bar were great. The Sunday Roast (for 2) was amazing.
The hotel has no parking and there is very limited parking on the streets so you have to use the public parking which is up the road. It is not ticketed parking so you need to download an app and register an account which was not as straightforward as you’d hope.
The room was very warm however we think it was due to a towel rack that could not be turned off manually.

Well decorated
Comfortable
Good food
Friendly staff
Nice touches
Lots of dogs in restaurant
Cosy room well decorated with nice touches and prime location.
Would have given higher score unfortunately the air conditioning was defective and roasted unable to sleep.
Location was very good.
It looked very tired needs a good refurb
Carpets looked dirty.
My husband could not use the shower as it was over the bath. Could not step into it. Very high. Also I thought the bathroom needs a restyle. Looks tired.
Overall looking of rooms
The bedroom was noisy and also, the bathroom was poorly designed with no sink mixer tap and a shower that wasted gallons of water to get the temperature right.
The mirror was too far from the plug so that the using the hairdryer was a problem.
The room was particularly noisy at night especially on Saturday night
Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location.
Spotlessly clean and the staff were so friendly.
The bedrooms are really nice - lovely little touches with great bathrooms.
The restaurant and bar have a lovely atmosphere and good value for money.
Overall a great place to stay.
Everything was to our liking - couldn’t fault anything

Sea views
Nothing

Only negative is the lack of parking. This is clear on the hotel website, but not on the booking.com website.
Great hotel, friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast lovely.
Shame restaurant shut early but understand due to time of the year.
Lovely breakfast quality products
The staff were very friendly and willing to go the extra mile.
The bed was very comfy.
Amazing position on the front with everything we needed on hand.
As happens in many hotels i'm afraid, the rooms must be designed by men. The mirror was on one side of the room but the plugs were on the other.. this made it very difficult to blow dry or curl my hair. A very minor complaint which wont stop me returning but i must remrmber to take my own mirror..
