La communication a été extrêmement facile du début à la fin, l’équipe est très réactive, attentive et anticipe même vos besoins avant que vous n’ayez à demander quoi que ce soit.
Le personnel est adorable et toujours aux petits soins. Les maisons perchées en hauteur offrent une vue absolument magnifique, dans un cadre calme et relaxant. La cuisine est délicieuse, si vous réservez, prenez absolument la demi-pension ou la pension complète, cela vaut vraiment le coup.
Le site dispose de plusieurs piscines et de tout ce qu’il faut pour se détendre pleinement. La route d’accès est un peu sportive par endroits, mais rien de bien méchant et cela fait vite oublier une fois arrivés sur place.
Une adresse vraiment au top si vous êtes de passage dans le coin.

We had an amazing stay at Suitree Experience Hotel. We came after several days at a large luxury resort in Peninsula Papagayo and added two extra nights so our kids could stay in treehouses. It became one of the most memorable parts of our trip.
The rooms were incredible, especially for our children. They loved the bunk beds and thought it was magical to sleep and shower high up among the trees. The rooms are functional and thoughtfully designed for families. The views are beautiful, and my only regret is that we did not leave more time to sit on the balcony with coffee or wine and enjoy the landscape and sounds of nature. Future guests should plan unstructured time at the hotel itself.
The restaurant was excellent and very accommodating. The food is healthy and fresh, which we had not fully realized in advance, but everything we ate was delicious. The bartender was especially kind, and the staff overall were warm, helpful, and attentive.
The service really stood out. Before we arrived, the hotel reached out to ask whether they could help us book activities. They arranged transportation from our previous hotel and an excursion where we hoped to take our young kids zip lining. When the original place could not accommodate children as young as ours, we messaged the hotel at the last minute, and they immediately redirected us and arranged transportation somewhere else. They completely saved the day and helped our kids go zip lining for the first time.
On our second day, the hotel arranged a full-day experience near Arenal Volcano, and it was absolutely next level. We visited hot springs, covered ourselves in volcanic mud near the base of the volcano, went horseback riding, and took our kids on the most amazing canyon zip line we have ever experienced.
Our kids also had an absolute blast in the pool and hot tub. We honestly wished we had more time at Suitree—not only more nights, but more time during the day to enjoy the hotel, the views, and the peaceful setting.
The property is so unique. We saw a lot of wild animals and howlers monkeys. The staff were professional and kind. The food was overall very good. The rooms were exceptional. Very well built, beautiful, luxurious and unique. We would come back for sure.
They asked me if we were celebrating anything. And I told them it was our 10 year wedding anniversary. And they didn't do anything for us which was weird.
The pillows were very soft and uncomfortable. I asked for firmer pillows and they didn't deliver any.
My seabass for dinner was extremely dry and the worst dish I had.

I really enjoyed how peaceful this location is, it was a wonderful place to get in touch with nature and spend time relaxing and enjoying the views. I had the room with the plunge pool, it is absolutely worth it, perfect temperature and so relaxing. I felt truly blessed to have got to spend time here.
The only issue I found with the entire place was the coffee maker, minor problem to have, it did not express a cup of coffee properly.
We liked everything, the restaurant and food was amazing as were the staff. They could not do enough to help. The accommodation pods were fantastic with 360.all round views.

The prices at the restaurant were a bit high and the portions small, but the food was really excellent. The free breakfast was one of the best that we had in our travels.

Suitree is a unique stay and an oasis for relaxation. We enjoyed the views and all the windows/balcony around the unit. The swings under the treehouse were a nice addition. We enjoyed the pools and sunsets at the lookout. Great place to enjoy quiet family time and to rest. The food was fantastic and the staff was exceptional. The accommodation was exactly as pictured. the beds were comfortable.
