Très bel hôtel familial et calme
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, la taille de la chambre, hotel calme, supérette à 3 min à pied, bus pour aller au centre ville à 5 min à pied (le 21).

The staff was super nice, and made us feel very welcome. This is the highlight of this property, the service.
5 mins from the beach
Spacious and comfortable
cleaning of the room was great
Towels were always fresh
Air conditioning worked very well
Maria (from reception) is just very lovely and was super helpful with us and our baby. When the baby was sick she provided a full list with useful phone numbers and addresses (hospital, pharmacy etc). Provided extra blankets and bedding for the for too. Always greeting us with the biggest smile and kindness.
Everyone was super kind.
We love it, our baby napped and slept super well in the room.
They accommodated every request. Thanks for making our holiday a great experience!!!

Cons:

We were unlucky to have a family with very loud children in the room above us. Luckily was only at the end of our stay.

A modern, clean hotel close to the sea with wonderful, welcoming staff . A place I would return to.
Pros:

The room was exactly like in the photos : modern, clean and spacious. Very comfortable to sleep in for a whole week. Maria was lovely, sociable and open to anything we needed. The cleaning lady was also very nice and clearly cared about her job. Great location: close to the sea, with a shop next door and parking available. A beautiful holiday overall . I would definitely come back.

Pros:

Conforme aux photos , très propre ! Personnel très agréable. Maria est adorable ! Super bien situé pour visiter la canee, l’ouest ! Resto, supérette , plage à côté !

Cons:

Nous avons tout aimé ! Dormeurs que nous sommes, nous avons mis le réveil car la fin du petit dej est à 10h15 . 😅

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane, bardzo dobra klimatyzacja, którą można dobrze ustawić. Super obsługa, bardzo zaangażowana na recepcji i na śniadaniach. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Pani na śniadaniach bardzo zaangażowana - pytała codziennie czy przygotować coś dla nas specjalnie, bardzo życzliwa i pomocna. Cały personel uśmiechnięty. Bardzo polecam

Appartement très confortable et très spacieux. L emplacement est pratique, tout en étant au calme. L hôtel bénéficie d'un parking.
Nous tenons surtout à remercier Maria et l ensemble de l équipe pour l accueil exceptionnel qu ils nous ont réservé.

Pros:

Hotel molto carino e vicino alle belle spiagge, ristoranti e la città di Chania. La signora Maria alla reception era squisita e simpaticissima. Pulizia delle camere ottima.Vista mare dalla camera.

Cons:

Unica pecca di questo hotel è la colazione, Sempre mancava qualcosa, le pietanze non erano rimpiazzate subito ed era abbastanza fastidioso dover chiedere ogni volta qualcosa di ovvio che mancava. Essendo in giardino, secondo me non è stato molto igienico (caldo e insetti). E la signora che si occupava di tutto questo sembrava scocciata e ogni tanto infastidita.

Hotel absolutnie wspaniały, serdecznie polecam. Kameralny obiekt, zadbany basen i ogród. Czysto, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Ręczniki wymieniane co drugi dzień. Dla mnie bardzo ważna zwykła do kontaktu suszarka do włosów którą bez problemu wysuszysz włosy nie typowo hotelowa. Blisko do morza, po drodze dwa dobrze zaopatrzone sklepy spożywcze. Fantastyczna, przemiła i zawsze pomocna obługa. MARIA, jest cudowną ciepłą osobą. Na powitanie czekała na nas Rakija i butelka Proseco. Dobrze zaopatrzony aneks kuchenny, talerze, miseczki, kubki, szklanki, kieliszki, sztućce, czajnik, ekspres do kawy, garnki. Smaczne desery na śniadaniach. Obsługa pomogła w zorganizowaniu transferu na lotnisko.

Cons:

Śniadania mogły by być bardziej urozmaicone. Chociaż gdy czegoś brakowało zostało uzupełnione.
