Ils ont eu un problème avec Booking et notre chambre n’était finalement pas disponible. Ils nous ont aidés à trouver un autre logement, mais celui-ci était très sale : des poils et des cheveux dans le lit. J’ai vraiment eu l’impression que rien n’avait été nettoyé. Une très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin, que je ne recommande absolument pas !

Обещанный возврат так и не получили, на обращения перестали отвечать

Удобное расположение, недалеко от центра. Сам номер тоже хороший.

Cons:

Больше всего разочаровала ситуация с возвратом денег. Мы выехали раньше, и перед отъездом сотрудник отеля сам сообщил, что руководитель согласовал возврат за три неиспользованные ночи — примерно 1,5 млн сумов. То есть возврат предложил сам отель.
25 сентября мы обратились за обещанными деньгами, и нам сказали, что перевод будет вечером. После этого сроки неоднократно переносились, а затем на сообщения перестали отвечать. 9 октября мы написали на контактную почту отеля, но ответа тоже не получили. На 13 октября деньги так и не вернули. Особенно неприятно не просто ждать возврата, а сталкиваться с повторными обещаниями и последующим отсутствием какой-либо реакции.
Завтраки тоже оставили плохое впечатление. Еды было мало, она быстро заканчивалась, а пополняли её с задержками. Столы не успевали убирать, поэтому приходилось есть за грязными: свободных чистых столов не было. Однажды мы пришли в 9:30, но в столовой уже выключили свет и завтрак закончился, хотя по заявленному расписанию он должен был продолжаться до 10:00.
Кроме того, один день Wi‑Fi не работал в течение всего дня.

Ok ok but not as per pictures shown
Pros:

Breakfast starts at 7am so that's a good thing. Wifi is strong. The staff is good. They provided a free drop to the airport.

Cons:

They only take cash payment saying their pos machines are blocked by the bank. Rooms are small not enough space for opening a medium size suitcase also. The pool is not working and tiles are broken in walking pavements.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

К сожалению, гостиница совершенно не оправдала ожиданий. Судя по отзывам, мы ожидали совсем другого уровня, но на деле условия оставляют желать лучшего. Создаётся впечатление, что многие отзывы сильно завышены и не соответствуют реальности.

Man ist schnell im Trubel der Stadt.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstück sehr spartanisch und der Raum im Keller und recht unsauber. Personal war weit und breit nicht zu sehen. Die Parkplätze sind rar und eng.
