Positive impression
Pros:

Very good and pleasant communication with the owner.It wasn't anything spectacular, but I’d recommend it for a reasonably cheap, short stay.

Horrible experience

I wasn't given the chance.

Cons:

I going to let everyone knows that RIVERS are scam
Unless they refund my £45 the own me. I booked in for a reservation on 18th to 19th reservation was confirmed. Few minutes later reservation cancelled. Reason no water at premises. I contacted Booking.com and Booking.com asked me to contact them directly and I try so many times by email phone with no reply. So all that i request is to refund my £45.

It is know second thought of returning if in the area.I normally do the travel lodge,but this has something special,get

Enjoyable and very quiet.
Pros:

The host was very friendly and helpful as I have mobility issues. The location was great and easy to get around with local buses. I would like to stay there again in the near future.

Pros:

Nothing, they wouldnt let us in and told us to leave on the phone and wouldnt honour our booking. Now having to jump through hoops to get our money back from booking.com. completely ruined our evening

Cons:

Rude staff, wouldnt us in or honour our booking. We were outside and called them, we asked them to come out to speak to us so we could show them our reservation but they just hung up and blocked our calls.

Glad to have somewhere inexpensive to stay in Bromley.
Pros:

Relatively inexpensive for the location and very cheerful.

The room door handle was hanging off. A male guest was walking around half undressed.
