Pros:

die Lage ist unvergleichlich. Das Hotel ist , wie viele Schweizer Hotels, ein alter Kasten, aber offenbar mehrfach renoviert. Dementsprechend sind die Zimmer zweckvoll eingerichtet, haben aber keine Bilder. Die Fenster lassen genug Tageslicht ein. Und zur Seeseite hin ist der Blick beeindruckend schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche (also wirklich keine!) offen: es gibt Sekt, es wird gebraten, Smoothies und Säfte sind frisch, Bündner Fleisch, Lachs, verschiedene Schweizer Käse, an Brot verschiedene „Gipfelis“. Frühstück von 07:00 bis 11:00 Uhr
Die Zimmer verfügen über freien Kaffee, der Zimmer-Getränkekühlschrank (keine Alkoholica) sind klugerweise und stressfrei im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen.
Den Wellnassbereich hatten wir nicht ausprobiert.
Die Gastronomie ist zu vernünftigen Preisen (schweizangemessen) exzellent! Unbedingt dort essen, am besten an einem Tisch auf der Terrasse am See.!

Cons:

wie geschrieben: ein altes Gebäude, das allerdings eher zweckmässig renoviert wurde. Dementsprechend sind die Zimmer eher schmucklos. Die Nachtkästen haben keine Unterbringungsmöglichkeit. Die Dusche ist in der Badewanne (was ich persönlich wirklich nicht mag), die Badezimmer sind klein, aber äusserst sauber, haben aber keine Lüftung.
Die vorhandene Klimaanlage lässt nur wenige Regulierungen zu, ist jedoch nicht zu hören und kühlt so runter, dass man nachts friert.
Öffnet man die Fenster zur Seeseite, kann es bis Mitternacht Geräusche von der darunterliegenden Terrasse durch kommunizierende Gäste geben; die ganze Nacht über sind Geräusche der Eisenbahn diskret aber vernehmbar vorhanden.
Lärmempfindliche Gäste sollten Ohrstöpsel dabei haben (mich persönlich störten jedoch die Geräusche nicht).

A very enjoyable stay for me and my already adult children.
Pros:

Breakfast at the summer terrrasse was really exceptional. My children loved it. We also liked very much free drinks from the minibar. Also the opportunity to swim in the lake starting from the hotel beach has been a highlight for all of us.

Cons:

Difficult to say, maybe better aircondition in the main building, but for the rooms it was very good.

Una struttura con una vista meravigliosa
Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione meravigliosa, con una bellissima vista sul lago e sulle montagne. Le camere sono confortevoli e la colazione molto ricca (c'è anche la possibilità di gustarla sulla terrazza). Buono anche il ristorante dell'hotel.

Cons:

Purtroppo la mia camera non disponeva dell'aria condizionata, aspetto che può diventare fastidioso nella stagione calda.
