Relaxing, comfortable, great service and outstanding views of lake and mountains. Our waiter Jose was outstanding.

Cons:

Air conditioning but it’s usually not this hot here.

Amazing stay. We can fully recommend
Pros:

We had amazing stay and regretted it was just one night. We will definitely come there one more time. Very comfy bed. Beautiful view from the window. We also had a great dinner. Personel was supper friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better. Also in our room floor wasn’t leveled and it gave a weird feeling when walking on it (nothing extreme just in some places in a room we could feel it)

كل شيء جميل هنا وندمت اني اخذت يوم واحد بس يستاهل يومين او ثلاثه من احلى الفنادق اللي تصلح للاستجمام واتوقع انه افضلها في سويسرا

Au top ! Idéalement situé et hôtel d’un grand standing
Pros:

L’emplacement parfait avec vue sur lac et sur les montagnes. Idéalement situé pour aller faire la randonnée à Stoos. Le personnel était très agréable. L’hôtel est magnifique et très propre. Satisfaction totale !

Traum-Blick auf den See, vermutlich der beste am gesamten Vierwaldstätter See.
Eigener, gepflegter Strandbereich.
Parkplatz, Frühstück, selbst Minibar im Preis enthalten.
Rezeption 24h besetzt.
Schöner Spa-Bereich.
Beeindruckende historische Gästeliste.
Teuer, aber das Geld wert.

Cons:

Gäste teils snobistisch.
Parkplätze sehr eng (aber verständlich, der Platz ist rar).
Allein war das Zimmer super. Für 2 wäre es etwas klein; zudem Bett nur 1.40 m breit.

Great location for a short break
Pros:

View of the lake was good. The set dinner menu each night was good value and of excellent standard. Loved the free mini bar !
Our waiter, Nicolai, was excellent and looked after us well. Made the night for us.

Beautiful views and great location in Brunnen
Pros:

View of the lake from our room was spectacular. The free mini bar was a nice touch and breakfast was quite good. Front desk staff were amazing and very helpful.

Cons:

Some of the staff in the restaurant, were a little rude.
