Hotel refused us access and we didn’t stay because they said we couldn’t despite having sent confirmation email and having paid a deposit - which I still haven’t had refunded.

Pros:

Stayed here for 5 days, had a great experience. Don't trust the negative reviews as they are not true. Staff was very friendly,room was cleant on daily basis,very reasonable pricing. Will definitely visit again.
