We really liked the friendliness of the staff from the receptionist Miko, to the concierge team, the dining area people and the cleaning teams. The cleanliness of our room and the hotel more generally was superb. We were pleased that our room was so well appointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig. Man ist sofort beim Strand und auch in der Innenstadt. Fussläufig sind ebenso der Hafen oder die Sandskulpturen zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Hotel benötigt, meiner Meinung, noch Angebote für die Besichtigung von Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. St. Anastasia). Bei der Nachfrage dazu hatten sie keine Angebote bzw. gute Tipps. Das Frühstückpersonal von Montag bis Freitag war nicht unfreundlich, aber ein "Morning" wäre schon ansprechend gewesen. Die Damen haben einfach absolut nichts gesagt. Am Samstag war dann dafür eine nette und freundliche Dame für das Frühstück verantwortlich.
Der Strand war in Ordnung, etwas mehr an Duschen und Toiletten wäre von Vorteil. Leider liegen überall Zigarettenstummel herum, das liegt allerdings an den rauchenden Personen selbst. Man bekommt jederzeit einen Aschenbecher und sollte somit in der Verantwortung der Raucher liegen - ihren Dreck auch wegzuräumen.

Znakomita lokalizacja blisko plaży. Pokoj dwuosobowy duzy. W pokoju duzo udogodnien takich jak czajnik bezprzewodowy, ekpress do kawy z duża ilością rodzajów kaw szlafroki, ręczniki plażowejl. W budynku znajduje sie tez restauracja z dobrym jedzeniem dla gości hotelu przysluguje rabat 10%.

Bonito edificio bonita, habitación un detalle las atenciones del minibar. Y el descuento en el restaurante pegado al Hotel,

Cons:

La vista al mar era muy limitada, porque los árboles eran muy frondosos. estaría bien una opción de desayuno sencillo, incluida en la habitación.

Die Lage ist einfach genial, unser Studio war geräumig und sehr gut gut ausgestattet. Die Getränke, Kaffee, Wasser und vom Minibar waren ein Kompliment vom Hotel. Das beste ist das Personal - freundlich, diskret und trotzdem präsent, wenn man was braucht.

Cons:

Kurzfristig ist unsere Klimaanlage ausgefallen, die wurde aber innerhalb zwei Stunden in Stand gesetzt.
