On a fuit à cause du manque de sécurité (poignée arrachée), moisissure aux murs, fenêtre pas isolée avec la lumière qui entre par les côtés.
Aucun remboursement n’a été accepté par l’établissement sur nos deux nuits ce qui est inadmissible sachant que nous sommes partis immédiatement sans y dormir.

I was really disappointed with the rooftop experience. One of the main reasons I booked this hostel was to relax on the rooftop at night and enjoy the atmosphere. Unfortunately, guests are not allowed to use it in the evening because it is reserved for events and entertainment.

What made it even more disappointing was that access during those hours required a minimum spend of **$10 for 3 hours**, even if you only wanted a simple drink like a cola or orange juice. I wish this policy had been made clear before booking, as it would have influenced my decision.

The hostel itself was fine, but the rooftop was a big part of why I chose this place, so this was a frustrating experience.
