Limpieza, ubicación, comodidad, amplitud

Cons:

Por poner un pero, en una habitación éramos 3 y los "artículos de cortesía" ( botellines de agua, zapatillas, cepillo dientes...) solo pusieron para dos. En las otras dos habitaciones, solo pusieron el agua. A la mujer de recepción de gafas le faltaba algo de simpatía, los demás muy majos.

Cons:

Está a 20 min. A pie del Oceanografico y artes y ciencias y a 30 min del Mercado Central, no es mucho pero cada día este recorrido se hace largo.

Pros:

Very helpful reception staff, they assisted us with booking the restaurants and other activities, such as the biopark. The room was cleaned daily and to a very high standard and the location is perfect to both explore the city centre, while being able to rest in a quieter part of Valencia and doing trips to the beach. You can also leave the bags after check out in the storage.

Cons:

The shower temperature was tricky to get right, but other than that our stay was very comfortable

Nice spacious apartment but plug layout is ridiculous in the kitchen area.
Pros:

Nice spacious apartment with very large bathroom( oversized) Kitchen has a stove,microwave,fridge,kettle,toaster and coffee machine.They do provide a handy cleaning pack for the dishes as well as a small pack with olive oil and salt if you need to cook
Location is good .
Table and chair to eat ate are very nice.
Balcony is great to open and get fresh air

Cons:

The table in the lounge area's leg was broken and looked like it would break off.
There are no plugs at all in the kitchen area.The plugs near it are too far away to plug in the kettle or toaster.We eventually balanced them in the cutlery drawer to use.
The bed was very uncomfortable and had a dip in the centre of the bed.
The light next to the bed still glowed ,even when turned off.Very annoying when trying to sleep.
The tap in the kitchen sink was broken and very loose.The reception did send the maintenance man to repair it but he arrived with no tools and then said he would be back later..... we insisted that he not come back as this was very inconvenient.The tap should have been repaired when the room was cleaned and prepared for our arrival .
The walls are very thin and the noise from other rooms is disturbing .
There is also a strange smell constantly in the passages........not very pleasant.
