En general, la experiencia en el hotel no ha sido mala, aunque considero que el precio es algo elevado para lo que ofrecen.

Sin embargo, lo que realmente me ha dejado un mal sabor de boca ha sido la falta de comprensión ante una situación personal complicada. Reservé la estancia para mis padres, ya que yo tenía una operación programada. Ese mismo día, después de pasar toda la mañana esperando en el hospital, la cirugía fue cancelada. Nos proporcionaron un justificante médico que acreditaba lo sucedido.

Al ponernos en contacto con el hotel para explicar la situación y solicitar, de manera excepcional, un cambio de fechas, nos encontramos con muchas trabas y ninguna flexibilidad. Entiendo que existen políticas, pero también creo que en casos tan imprevistos y justificados debería haber un mínimo de empatía y consideración hacia el cliente.

Una experiencia que podría haber sido positiva se ha visto empañada por este trato poco comprensivo.
