A little Paradise for a hourse lover
Pros:

The best experience for horse lovers. Free access to the stable during the day. Great opportunity to give treats to the horses and pet them a little bit. They offer walks with horses and riding lessons. All facilities are very well taken care of and maintained.

Cons:

The double bed is made of two separate mattresses, which is not comfortable at all. A little bit outdated furniture in the bathroom.

Не ми хареса само това, че масажистът е само един и в случая мъж. Много бих се радвала да се възползвам от услугата, ако имам избор, тя да бъде извършена от жена терапевт.

Pros:

Много добра чистота и подръжка. Препоръчвам за престой с деца - има две детски площадки в комплекса, както и кът с животни и езерце. Много добра подръжка на тревните площи и растенията. Чудесен вътрешен и външен манеж. Много мил персонал. Превъзходен ресторант!

Cons:

В стаята/апартамента, вратата няма възможност за заключване от вътрешната страна - създава проблем при престой с деца. Вратите често остават отворени при излизане - "езичето" често хлътва и вратата остава просто притворена.
В апартамента имаше вана, но тапата изпуска в затворено положение и всъщност ваната не може да бъде изобщо напълнена

Хареса ми че всеки един човек от персонала беше искрено усмихнат и услужлив.
И хората почистването и хората от рецепция и хората от ресторанта и хората от конната база всеки един все едно са подбирани.
Храната невероятно вкусна.
Забавленията конната езда животинките които развеселяват децата мини зоопаркът басейните удобствата всичко е изпипано до най-малкия детайл. На детето не му се тръгваше.
За втори път бяхме там и определено до края на годината живот и здраве ще дойдем отново.
Невероятно удобни легла.

Не ми хареса мисълта вътре в мен...
Защо всички места за семеен отдих в България не са на това високо ниво.

Loved it!
Pros:

Friendly service, calm atmosphere, great horse riding facilities. Freat place for kids with a beautiful garden, mini zoo and of course the horses!

Cons:

There could be activities and games for families offered at the start of the trip at the welcome at reception to help parents keep kids off screens.

Конната база, природата и местоположението са големият плюс на комплекса.

Cons:

Недобре почистена баня, неудобни легла и възглавници. Така наречената СПА зоната е закрит басейн за детски игри. В което няма лошо, но когато предлагаш такива услуги следва да има зона за релакс, в която не се чуват крясъци на нервни майки. Когато няма възможност да отделиш зона с ограничен достъп за деца, може да се ограничи достъпа с часови диапазони или просто да не се рекламира гръмко - СПА
