The noise makes it practically impossible to sleep. The restaurant downstairs plays loud music until well after midnight. On top of that, the room we were given, Room 105, is directly above the restaurant’s kitchen. From around 4:00 AM, we could hear the kitchen staff laughing loudly, shouting, and playing music. As a result, getting a proper night’s sleep was simply impossible.

The rooms are also not clean, and the photos on the website do not reflect the reality of what you actually get. The hairdryer in our room did not work. I contacted the hotel and specifically asked them to fix it, but nothing was done, and we never received any response from the hotel staff.

Overall, this was a very poor experience. Between the constant noise, poor cleanliness, misleading photos, broken equipment, and lack of response from the staff, the stay was extremely disappointing.

The hotel is absolutely not worth the price, and I strongly advise against staying here.

אני קוראת לכולם לא לסגור אצלם!!!
לא מדובר במלון 4 כוכבים כפי שמצוין, לא מדובר במלון בכלל! מקום שנראה כמו כוסות רוח למת! חדר בעליית גג, בלי מעלית, רצפה מבטון, חלונות רק בתקרה אולי משם ניתן לראות 4 כוכבים, מיטת קפיצים משנות ה70, לא מחליפים מגבות, רועש בלילה בגלל שממוקם מתחת לפרוזדור מלא ברים, והכי גרוע בעלת הבית כנראה אנטישמית, שירות מזעזעע..

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut, da es direkt im Stadtzentrum liegt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und bequem erreichbar sind.

Leider ist das Hotel überhaupt nicht zum Ausruhen oder Schlafen geeignet. Es liegt in der Nähe mehrerer Clubs und über einem Restaurant. Dadurch ist es besonders nachts extrem laut – teilweise bis 4 oder sogar 5 Uhr morgens. An Schlaf war während meines Aufenthalts kaum zu denken.

Wenn man nur eine Unterkunft zum Schlafen sucht, würde ich dieses Hotel definitiv nicht empfehlen. Ich persönlich würde hier kein zweites Mal übernachten – selbst wenn der Aufenthalt kostenlos wäre.

Quizás haya bastante ruido por la fiesta y el ambiente que hay en la calle (es la zona de ambiente por excelencia en Budapest, si vas de fiesta ya sabes😏) te preparan tapones para los oídos. No hay ascensor. El extractor del baño es algo molesto, se queda encendido justo un rato después de haber encendido la luz.

Se escucha mucho ruido por el local que está abajo, su música. Las ventanas no son suficientemente insonorizadas para el ruido de la musica. Los fines de semana es mucho peor. Tan pronto sales a la calle, te encuentras con el mar de turistas....

The had a coffee machine. There were also tea bags available, but there was no kettle.

The entire check-in process is handled via the app/email, so we didn’t see anyone in person. We wanted to ask for a kettle, but there was no way to contact anyone directly; eventually, the cleaner brought us one.

For any issue, there is only email (they don’t answer the phone). We had also requested an early check-in, but never received a reply.

There were two main issues. First, the room has a window above the door that cannot be covered, so we were woken up by the light at 6 a.m.

Second, the rooms are located above a restaurant, which plays music at full volume all day and until late at night. Instead of leaving earplugs on the bedside table, you could consider installing double-glazed windows. In any case, it is practically impossible to open the windows because of the smell of food coming up from the restaurant.
