Zentrale, trotzdem ruhige Lage
Pros:

Lage zum "Tollhaus" ist super und Straßenbahnhaltestelle usw. auch alles in Laufnähe. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren direkt in der Nähe der Unterkunft ausreichend vorhanden (sogar im Schatten unter den Bäumen). In der Nähe gibt es Cafés etc. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Es gab zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber dafür einen Ventilator im Zimmer, was bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Check-in/Check-out alles unkompliziert und problemlos.

Angenehm, gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, es wurde wohl vor kurzem komplett renoviert.
Der Oststadt Kern mit seinen Restaurants und guter Atmosphäre ist zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen

Cons:

Da es keine Hotelparkplätze gibt, wird es schwierig bei einer späteren Anreise in der Nähe einen Parkplatz zu finden

Cons:

Der vierstellige Code auf meiner Bucungsbestätigung stimmte nicht überein mit dem notwendigen Zugangscode zum personallosen Einchecken an der abends verschlossenen Hoteleingangstüre. Erst mit bei einem Telefonat mit einer Hilfshotline (für solche Fälle angegeben) erhielt ich den richtigen vierstelligen Code und konnte ins Hotel gelangen.

Pros:

Ruhige Lage, aber gut erreichbar mit der Straßenbahn. Substage fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Leider keine Klimatisierung. Bei den heißen Temperaturen draußen hat sich das Zimmer extrem aufgeheizt und es ging keine Luft. Bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen würde ich den Aufenthalt nicht wirklich empfehlen.
