Cons:

Eigentlich war alles in Ordnung nur Samstag nachts habe ich leider keinen Parkplatz im Hotel gefunden aber die anderen Tagen hatte ich daher keinen Problem gehabt.

Сетевой отель на берегу Мраморного моря, рядом с модным районом и станцией Мармарай
Pros:

Расположение, на мой взгляд, очень удачное: он рядом со станцией Мармарая, что означает доступность практически всего интересного в городе в радиусе 5-20 минут езды на электричке. От аэропорта Сабихи Гёкчен добрались за час двадцать минут с одной пересадкой. Не так далеко до ветки городской электрички U3, напротив гостиницы — остановка автобуса из центра. При желании до гостиницы можно дойти от остановки трамвая Т1, путь вниз к морю займёт примерно полчаса. Напротив отеля — недавно отстроенная набережная-парк Мраморного моря, рядом модный район с кучей ресторанов на территории исторической фабрики XIX века, сразу два Старбакса, есть супермаркет Карфур. Пешком можно дойти до городской стены Константинополя и Золотых Ворот (крепость Едикуле), сам район Зейтинбурну, на мой взгляд, очень приятный.

По поводу самой гостиницы: очень порадовало раннее заселение и бесплатная смена номера на улучшенный с видом на море. Завтрак очень хороший, выше среднего среди завтраков в сети Ибис (я постоянно останавливаюсь в этих гостиницах в разных странах и могу сравнить). Единственное, чего не хватало — полноценных блюд с мясом и овсянки, сосиски это хорошо, но быстр приедается.

Cons:

Минусы — хотя Зейтинбурну и соседствует с городскими стенами старого города (Фатих), пешком до центра дойти довольно тяжело, хотя и возможно (я дошёл от отеля до вокзала Сиркеджи), а прямо напротив гостиницы проходит шумный многополосный проспект Кеннеди. Вероятно, это улучшает доступность для такси и трансферов, но на практике это значит, что вам придётся пользоваться общественным транспортом для любых выездов, а он в Стамбуле почти всегда переполнен.

Номер, который нам выделили, оказался курящий, о чём не предупредили заранее. Уточняйте это на регистрации.

Цена, но это, увы, обычно для Стамбула. Очень дорогой город.
