Pros:

I returned to the Châteaubriand for my second stay in Nantes having had an excellent stay before. As previously, helpful friendly staff, good facilities and secure bicycle storage. Hotel situated in quiet neighbourhood but convenient to restaurants and to city centre.

la situation de l'hôtel par rapport au centre ville, au marché Talensac. Le parking payant à un prix très raisonnable

la chambre très petite pour un couple plus un grand chien.

Séjour agréable et accueil très sympathique.
Pros:

L'emplacement au centre ville dans un quartier calme. Pas de bruit la nuit. Vélo en sécurité dans un box. Lit confortable

Déçu de la qualité des prestations

D'être bloqué pendant 30 min le premier soir car les portes ne s'ouvrent pas même avec la clé, d'être réveiller par un couple à côté qui s'acoquine jusqu'à 6h du matin pour finir par une douche et le dimanche 8 juin je n'ai carrément pas pu accéder a ma chambre car ma carte était dé-magnetiser et j'ai dû trouver une autre solution à 3h du mat pour loger !!!
